The use of high-purity grid lead with a high electrode thickness as well as a low acid density results in an expected design life of up to 25 years. It is particularly suitable for high-current discharges of short duration and thus predestined for use in power plants and switchgear. The grid | power V H bloc batteries are suitable for both high-current applications and partial-cycle use. They find applications in power plants and energy supply systems, UPS, switchgear and safety lighting systems as well as for starting diesel and emergency generators and in railroad infrastructure applications. The pressure of the water flow, which is controlled by the guide vanes of the upstream wicker gate, can then be efficiently converted into energy. The bidirectional MANOY® system seal WP, type 444, in the form of a continuous ring was developed to protect the hydraulic adjustment device and prevent hydraulic fluid leakage. Type 449 is particularly useful for maintenance work because rather than being continuous in circumference, the seal is open and has a guide blade.

Our range of transformers oil water coolers can be supplied in different mounting variants. The standard water cooler version is designed for direct mounting to the transformer tank. In addition, our range of products comprises free-standing transformer oil coolers designed to customer specifications. The coolers in general are used for specific types of transformers, such as furnace transformers or rectifier transformers. A further application is machine transformer cooling at hydraulic power plants. Transformer oil water coolers are available in different design versions.

This new addition to our product line is a compact heat exchanger made from high-alloyed stainless steel and can handle temperatures up to 550°C. Its compact and modular design makes it extremely versatile and easy to service. Our exhaust gas heat exchanger is designed to recover heat from exhaust gas produced for example by combustion engines used in combined heat and power plants. The heat exchanger transfers the heat from the exhaust gas to a liquid (water or water-glycol solutions). When heated up, this liquid can be used in central heating systems; for preheating air in the combustion chambers of furnaces and turbines; to dry coal, pulp, wood and other materials as well as for generating electricity with a Rankine process.

Save time when ascending to carry out maintenance and repair work to your turbine. With a Gservicelift you can complete a 100 meters ascent in approx. 5 minutes. Without a Gservicelift on the other hand, the arduous climb requires very much more time and demands a lot of strength. But this is not the only argument which clearly speaks for itself. Heavy tools and loads up to 400 kg can be transported comfortably with a Gservicelift, and all this with automatic transport, which does not take up the costly time of your personnel for the ascent. It is well proven, that wind power plants with an integrated ascent system have a higher level of availability and that the quality of your turbine maintenance will increase enormously.
