Therefore, we print them on demand with any design you need. These unique transfers are finished to adhere to untreated PP plastics and make them easy to use for cosmetics, promotional products, and other applications. Printed in less than 5 days, you will be ready to roll in no time. For the printing itself we use a high-end digital printing press based on toner and combine it with water-based adhesives without UV or VOCs. With this mix we can print details as tiny as 1-point small text. Personalized or serialized prints with safety features are also available. All you need to apply them is a heat transfer or hot stamping machine.

The formulation is tailored for untreated PP plastics. It also provides a low activation temperatur and a good hot-tack. Due to this it is easy to achieve great bonds on this difficult material, even at higher speeds. It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto cosmetic packaging as well as promotional and industrial products made of PP. It shows good resistance against water, alcohols and cremes. Furthermore, the particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.

These brush types are especially versatile to mount and visually adaptable. The core material is PVC, resistant to acids and alcalines and suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +60°C. We deliver our standard types from stock in 15 different profile types, filled with synthetic filaments of polyamide (PA6) and polypropylene (PP). As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths.

We accompany you with our design and development from the idea to series production! We process all common thermoplastics for you. Besides polyurethane, these are mainly: PE (polyethylene), PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), POM, ASA, TPU, PP, TPE as well as glass fiber reinforced plastics. Advantages of the injection molding process are low unit costs with high batch sizes. Before an injection mold is ordered, we build view samples for you as laser-sintered elements or by means of 3D printing. In this way, the desired part can already be viewed without having to spend a lot of money. Our machines inject molded parts from 5 to 6000 grams.

In the field of plastics we offer metal strips with PVC plastisol and/or organosol coatings, as well as polyamide plastics. Non woven bags can be formatted and printed in many ways. Screen printing, or fabric printing, is especially well-suited for small orders and simple printing (logos and flat surfaces) with one or two pure colour tones. High levels of transparency and puncture resistance are the most important features of ALLVAC’s flexible, coextruded PA/PP/PA/PE medium barrier composite films. This type of film is composed of polyamide, polyethylene and, additionally, polypropylene (PP). It is a thermoplastic, semi-crystalline and non-polar plastic with similar properties to polyethylene, but is harder and more heat-resistant.
