The TEC 20 form, fill and seal machine enables the production of bags made of polyethylene film from a flat film roll. The film can be neutral or coloured, with continuous printing or centred printing with print mark. The design of the machine and the low loading height allow ergonomic adaptation to a manual feeding station or easy connection to a feeding unit, such as an automatic counter, an automatic weighing system, an automatic assembly machine, an injection moulding machine, a conveyor belt or similar.

Tecnimodern's slanted or vertical form fill and seal machines with very low loading height allow the production of polyethylene or polypropylene film bags from a flat film roll. Blown film consistent quality by the roll At Dürrbeck you can expect a large selection of tubular film in various widths and thicknesses and with a range of features. This variety is important as products vary in their shapes and sizes, and require different levels of protection. Plastic blown film is especially suitable for products with adjustable lengths. Blown film is typically made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Polyethylene is affordable, durable, watertight and tear-resistant. Depending on how it will be used, we also produce plastic blown film made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), medium-density polyethylene (MDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). Blown film made of DKFol®-Eco and DKFol®-Eco-Coex offers especially high strength with low thickness. These films allow for a reduction in thickness, without compromising on strength and stability.

All EXCOR VALENO Flat Film can be used in automated packaging processes. Made from polyethylene, it has a wide range of applications, for instance as interleaving sheets and for wrapping and lining purposes. The EXCOR VCI substance is integrated into the polymer matrix. The anti-corrosion effect is long-term and active over large areas.

Ready-made bags and covers simplify the packing process and provide a sealed protective area. EXCOR VALENO Bags and Covers are made from a protective polyethylene film. The EXCOR VCI substance impregnated into the polyethylene provides metal products with long-term protection. Additional extras are available such as self-sealing, customer-specific printing, ESD protection, fire retardant properties, specific mechanical strength properties and transparency and may be combined as desired.
