The CD short-stroke cylinders have been developed to ensure high performance in a very small space. Sensors can be integrated in the cylinder housing. Available versions: single / double acting or with through piston rod.

Probably the most hygienic way of isolating a flow of media is for the valve not to touch the media at all. The endless tube pinch valve operates according to this principle. The medium is channelled through a tube and the valve compresses or releases the tube pneumatically. The built in stroke limitation prevents the tube from being overloaded.

This compact motor valve is used in a wide range of process engineering control tasks. It is particularly characterised by its very short design. Most media such as steam, fluids, gases, etc. can be excellently controlled with it. This inexpensive version represents a real alternative to pneumatic actuators. The VA-L series aluminium saws define a whole new performance class with their design. Servo-driven axes and a harmonic drive gear guarantee high-performance and process-reliable operation from aluminium alloys to copper and brass alloys. Due to the technical features and the associated sawing performance, the sawing results meet requirements regarding the surface of Rz < 8 µm and cutting tolerances < 0.1 mm. In many cases, further processing of the surface is therefore no longer necessary. All components of the aluminum circular saws and their processes are designed with this in mind. On the one hand, this includes material processing in terms of chip flow and minimum rest piece length, but also machine components of the latest generation. The VA-L aluminium saws are equipped as standard with pneumatic short-stroke cylinders for material clamping and do not use any hydraulics.

The name delivers what it promises. The ultrasonic welding machine HiQ VARIO can be configured to completely suit the customer’s needs. A large number of pneumatic drive modules with different strokes and cylinder diameters are available, always including the reliable proportional valve technology by Herrmann Ultraschall.

The electro-pneumatic drive of the doctoring unit offers high speeds and the pneumatic pad stroke movement maximum flexibility. Superb accessibility on all four sides is guaranteed. Print image transfer takes place at only one workpiece position. Processes such as ink pick-up, ink transfer and ink residue pick-up system take place synchronously. A result is the high performance. Ink residue pick-up system and integrated VIPA S7 PLC control are a standard option. Program enhancement possible at any time. Up to 10 program variants per printing station can be stored. Memory cards for additional jobs can be integrated in the external operator panel.
