In particular applications, it can be necessary to hold high axial forces and torque at the same time. For pneumatic operation, our Locking Unit series KFPD meets this demand. Depending in the size, forces / torques of 12 kN / 120 Nm or 30 kN / 500 Nm can be held securely. The “normal” SITEMA Locking Units KFH are already able to hold smaller torque. Example: 280 Nm with, at the same time, an axial holding force of 100 kN on rod diameter 56. In case higher torque needs to be held, SITEMA’s special design series KFHD can help. With this design, it is possible to hold torque with a factor of 10 higher compared to the standard KFH unit. Example: 2800 Nm with, at the same time, an axial holding force of 100 kN on rod diameter 56. Whether the operation is pneumatic or hydraulic, the application is limited to static holding. The KFPD and KFHD can prevent a rotation from starting, but are not suitable to brake rotating masses.

The TAURUS® 2/K has been designed for setting plastic rivets. In its functionality the TAURUS® 2/K is identical to the standard tool, however has a stroke of 24 mm instead of 18 mm. Plastic rivets only need a low setting force, however, normally require large setting strokes due to the toughness of the plastic material. The TAURUS® 2/K allows to safely set plastic rivets with only one setting stroke! The TAURUS® 2/K comes with 3 nose pieces for plastic rivets 17/30 K, 17/35 K and 17/40 K included. The TAURUS® 2/AS is a special version of theTAURUS® 2 with a VAS slide switch which does not engage when in its highest position, thus achieving that vacuum absorption is automatically deactivated once the tool is not in use. This way, unintentional activation of the vacuum absorption with unnecessary air consumption can be effectively avoided.

As far as technology and functionality are concerned, the TAURUS® 2/24 is identical to the standard tool, however has a stroke of 24 mm instead of 18 mm. This tool provides the advantage of being able to safely set critical rivet Types requiring a large setting stroke with only one setting stroke without re-engagement. The pneumatic FRP-LX mixer series has been designed for easiest operation. Aluminum being the material of the housings and the adapters, it has a weight of only 6 kg. The agitator is screwed directly onto the on-top 2” bung hole of the tank thanks to either a 2”-steel or a 2”-fluoroware coupling. Therefore, this agitator can not only be screwed onto steel tanks but also onto plastic tanks with bung hole. The mobile agitator FRP-LX is by default equipped with a maintenance unit for the oiling of the pressurized air and mufflers.

The GLP is a pneumatic top-entry series agitator that is used for homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying and suspending in vessels and for viscosities up to 500 mPas for instance in wastewater treatment, chemical and cosmetics as well as in food industries. The agitator speed adapts to the viscosity of the media being mixed. Compact and easy-to-maintain construction as well as low weight. Power transmission via elastic coupling in the bearing housing. The agitator shaft has a double bearing in an aluminum housing separated from the drive. Speed is sensitively and continuously adjustable, smooth start, insensitive to vapor, dust and smoke. Compressed air keeps all moving parts clean. Insensitive to heat, suitable for high ambient temperatures. Compressed air, expanding in the air engine cools the agitator drive. Includes filters, pressure reducers with pressure gauge that indicates the secondary pressure. Available with a vessel clamp to fix the GLP on a drum.

Our high pressure valves of the JB- series are specially designed for the metered spraying of liquids with a high proportion of solids. The completely dead space free construction leads the medium directly past the valve seat. Deposits and blockages, as known from many spraying systems, are a foreign word to us at Jerko. Where pneumatic tools of the MBS series reach their performance limits, the eccentric cutting machine opens up new possibilities in cutting performance. Instead of a pneumatic cutting tool, the Metzner ST 25 uses an electrically driven eccentric mechanism that carries a punching blade. This enables us to increase the performance of the die-cut into completely new dimensions, of up to 800 cuts per minute.
