The pleated bag / side fold bag is ideal for the packaging of voluminous items. It is also used as inner bag in cartons or boxes. It is available sizes and materials according to your requirement out of LDPE with stable bottom seam out of Polypropylene, also laminated with PET / PA / ALU with stable bottom and backside seam optionally with 4-side quad seam at the bottow side (quad seam bag, also possible with foil laminations) without flap with or without Eurohole or grip hole unprinted or with printing (up to 10 colours in flexo or gravure printing)

Our MiniPleat products are pleated on inhouse designed pleating machines and feature exceptional strength, efficiency, dust holding capacity and low air flow resistance. We offer our MiniPleats in several pleat heights and tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ashrae 52.2). Our MiniPleats, utilized in panel filters, are deployed in a variety of applications where technical reliability and a long service life is a must.

The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

Thanks to the robust steel frame, our T-Rex CNC mill enables you to produce precisely, quickly and cleanly. Even with workpieces made of hard material, you will achieve ideal results, thanks to the high stability of the CNC machine, which is guaranteed by the robust construction. The Yaskawa servo motors installed on all axes bring speed and precision to the production process. Versatile application possibilities: drilling, cutting or engraving in materials such as plastic, wood, granite, marble, stone and metal can be done with high accuracy. Aero Carb Z filters are disposable type pleated panels which offers extended surface filtration combined with odor control, designed to suit a wide variety of HVAC applications including Hospitals, Pharmaceutical companies, Food processing units, Restaurants, Airports, Commercial Buildings etc. Aero Carb Z filters are available in MERV6 / G4 / EU4 and Aero Carb Z85 offers MERV 13 / F7 / EU7 efficiency. These filters comes in 25mm, 45mm and 95mm depths. These filters are recommended as direct replacements to existing pleated air filters. Filters are easy to install and completely disposable too.

Aerofil offers another exceptional product for overspray collection – Aero Pleat P. These are perforated cardboard filters that work on the principle of inertia. This filter design obliges the charged airflow to change direction several times. The particles heavier than air then adhere to the walls while the airflow continues unhindered.

Aero Carb V model filters are made up of activated carbon media, close pleated and bonded to a rigid V shaped construction in anticrash polystyrene frame. These filters operate with no carbon shedding, with very low pressure drop and are incinerable. A combination of synthetic media and activated carbon ensured higher degree of filtration efficiency.

Aero HEPA HVP are mini pleated box style high velocity HEPA filters. These filters operate at very high velocity of 3.3 m/s and are considered thebest replacements for conventional HEPA filters. This also features plastic frame construction and so is a “metal free” filter which is incinerable.HVP are available in 6V, 4V and 2V configuration ranging from ISO 15E to ISO 50H grades.

Aero Bio HEPA filters are deep pleated aluminium separator filters with efficiencies ranging from H10/E10 to H11/E11 grades. The filters comesin wood and metal constructions. Box type or flange type filters are available.

Aero HEPA SC & HC filters are deep pleated aluminium separator filters with efficiencies ranging from H12 to H14 grades. These filters generally comes in wood and metal constuctions. Box type or double turned flanged version available.

AERO CELL GT are deep pleated box style filters with medium efficiencies. It is made from micro fine fiberglass paper media and comes with metal frames. Filters are available in M6 and F8 efficiencies. We offer this is a double header construction. These filters are specially designed to operate in harsh conditions such as Gas Turbines and Air

Aero Cell V, the high efficiency MiniPleat compact filters made up of synthetic media are available in a wide range of efficiencies from M6 F9 (65% 95%+). Aero Cell V is designed to use in HVAC installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. The compact design, larger surface area and low initial resistance made it an Ideal alternative to ordinary Bag filters & Box type filters of the similar efficiencies.

Aerofil offers deep pleat box type filters for high temperature applications. Filters are available in fine filters and HEPA range. Filters are silicon free and can withstand up to 385 degree Celsius.

Aero Fine HVP are mini pleated box style high velocity fine filters. Thesefilters operate at very high velocity of 3.75 m/s and are considered thebest replacements for conventional box style fine filters. This also features plastic frame construction and so is a “metal free” filter that is fullyincinerable. HVP are available in 4V and 2V configuration ranging from ISO ePM 10 60%/M6 to ISO ePM1 85%/F9.

AERO CELL GTP filters are the new generation type high efficiency minipleat box filters available in efficiencies F8 / MERV14, F9 / MERV15 & H10/MERV16. These filters are designed to use in Gas Turbine Systems, VAV systems and Oil Mist Collection. The compact design, larger surface area and low initial resistance made it an ideal alternative to ordinary Bag filters & Box type filters of the similar efficiencies.

AERO CELL C filters are the new generation type high efficiency mini pleat panel filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from M5 to F9(45%to 95%+). AERO CELL C filters are designed to use in HVAC installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. The compact design, larger surface area and low initial resistance made it an Ideal alternative to ordinary bag filters and box type filters of the similar efficiencies.

Aero Pleat XL SC / HC ¬lters are designed as a heavy duty pre ¬lter in HVAC and air intake applications.Filters are rated with MERV 7/ G4 / EU4 e ciency. Aero Pleat XLSC ¬lters with standard capacity has apleat distribution of 10 pleats per linear foot. Aero Pleat XLHC ¬lters are made with pleat distributionof 15 pleats per linear foot.

Aero Pleat filters are designed as a pre filter in air conditioning and air intake applications. The filters are made up of cotton and synthetic fibers and areencased in wet strength card boards. Filters are classified with MERV9/F5/EU5 efficiency. Aero Pleat SC filters with standard capacity are made with apleat distribution of 10 pleats per linear foot. Aero Pleat HC filters with high capacity are made with a pleat distribution of 15 pleats per linear foot.
