CODESYS Control Runtime is the leading manufacturer-independent programming system according to IEC 61131-3. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ECUs / mobile controllers, visualization devices, motion controllers and additional automation devices in various industries are programmed with this automation software. The CODESYS runtime is implemented on the control platforms of Kendrion Kuhnke and can therefore be used immediately for the machine builder. Reaction systems from IFA Technology are designed and built to customer specifications and can be tailored to your individual requirements and wishes. For example, the required individual components in the reaction vessel (reactor) can be added manually or automatically. The gravimetric or volumetric measurement ensures that the components correspond at all times to the product recipe stored in the programmable logic controller (PLC). This ensures a high level of safety with regard to product quality and reproducibility in batch operation. The reactions taking place in the reaction system are also always associated with considerable temperature and pressure fluctuations (exothermic or endothermic reactions). Rotary Slip-type Preset Pokayoke (Error-proofing) Torque Wrench A preset torque wrench that prevents 3 problems: under-tightening, over-tightening, and other human tightening errors. QSPCAMS and QSPCALS are rotary slip-type torque wrenches with wired limit switch. When set torque is reached, rotary slip occurs with simultaneous output of a contact signal from the limit switch. Signals from the limit switch are captured on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar device to establish a Tightening Assurance System using assembly line interlock controls. The limit switch can be connected to a CNA-4mk3 count checker (sold separately) to easily create a tightening count management system.
