GRP walkways and platforms can be individually adapted to your needs in terms of length, width, support distance, etc. It is also possible to absorb higher loads, which can be taken into account in the design phase. Generally speaking, all TC structures are developed in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14122. Pultruded GRP construction profiles produced by Exel Composites meet the requirements of EN 13706/E23. Profiles with an isopolyester resin mix are typically used. Vinyl ester resin profiles are also available if higher chemical resistance is required.

Cover for a salt spray test facility The original plexiglass cover of this salt spray test system needed to be replaced by a new, much sturdier cover. This was designed and manufactured by TC on the basis of GRP profiles and GRP sheet material.

GRP railings meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. Our GRP railings meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14122. We can provide testable static analysis for your GRP railings from an independent engineering firm. If your GRP railings require a more complicated design, we can also provide a finite element calculation to verify their operational capability.

We can create mobile platforms on request. Discuss your mobile platform requirements with us. For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

This was developed and built by TC and is used to raise battery packs by approx. 1 m. The complete crane platform can be rolled manually to the respective place of use.

5door housing A 5door GRP housing for a pastillation belt was designed and built here. Its surfaces are easy to clean and all of the system components are easily accessible via the many doors.

Made of glass fibrereinforced plastic profiles, our mobile stairs are suitable for using in corrosive environments or for sites where a stairway needs to have an electrically insulating effect.

Our special types of sealing brushes consist of 16 particular plastic profiles which we can supply in a comprehensive range of variations. The two constructions of sealing brushes are: Strip brush construction: that means our strip brushes with metal backing are mounted in plastic profiles. Punched brush construction: consisting of a solid plastic profile with bundle holes in which the fill material has been mechanically anchored. Depending on the fill material you can choose a fill density of high EA1, medium EA2 or low EA3. You can choose:- all fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, wires and synthetic filaments. - different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length) We can also supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. These brush types are especially versatile to mount and visually adaptable. The core material is PVC, resistant to acids and alcalines and suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +60°C. We deliver our standard types from stock in 15 different profile types, filled with synthetic filaments of polyamide (PA6) and polypropylene (PP). As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths.

The model MU-SO one-man and two-man order picking system is used for order picking of long loads. It is especially designed for aluminium, plastic or steel profiles and for order picking in narrow aisles. With this order picking truck, product can be taken out of the rack from one side of the aisle quickly & safely. The model is available as classic Electric Multidirectional Sideloader for placing complete packs in storage, and as version with man rising cabin for picking applications with regard to individual customer orders. With automatic continuous punching machines, machine and tool merge into a high-performance system with high output and remarkable flexibility. Whether sealing profiles for the automotive industry, applications for furniture, or household appliances – complex trimming is often required here. Thanks to the Metzner automatic throughfeed punching machines, processing operations such as contour cutting, drilling and milling can be integrated into a throughfeed system. All these machines store all machining parameters and machine settings in a machining recipe. When starting production, an integrated barcode scanner activates all presettings on the basis of the working papers and simultaneously reports the correct tool and material on the machine display. The barcode also contains the required quantities and lengths. Thanks to well thought-out quick-change systems, tools and materials are generally changed within no more than 30 seconds, minimizing downtimes.

Only if the quality serves your purposes, will the new design be beneficial in the long run. A well-known design team has taken care of the overall image of the units, but has also taken all the technical needs into consideration that are required to turn these machines into even better training devices. One element that defines the new design is the continuous, strongly dimensioned and premium anodised aluminium profile. The plastic covers were reduced to the minimum and are now attached by an aluminium connector profile with a registered design, which enables mounting without any screws. The design of the display unit has been revised as well and is now positioned behind a pane of protective acrylic glass. Its modular configuration enables a user specified assembly.
