Pickled and oiled Steel is meticulously cleaned using sulfuric or hydrochloric acid baths, followed by a protective oil coating to prevent oxidation. This type of steel is ideal for applications requiring strength and rigidity, such as machinery manufacturing, automotive side industries, and construction. Its high strength and formability make it suitable for producing LPG cylinders, pipe profiles, and structural components.

The EGE family of inductive standard sensors made in Germany covers inductive proximity switches in robust industrial design, sensors with adapted EMC stability for heightened requirements and sensors for high switching distances up to 160 mm and hysteresis for the detection of larger moving metal parts, such as pipes, profiles or plates. In addition, EGE offers standard thread designs and sensors with smooth sleeves. The proximity switches are based on the proven inductive principle and switch con tactless when a metallic object moves close. Proximity switches are used for presence verification, position and movement monitoring and the counting of objects as well as speed control on conveyor belts.

The REA JET One Dot Systems (EDS) are particularly well suited to very fine dot and line markings. The dot size is configured by selecting the nozzle size and by varying the material pressure, and the stepless setting on the controller. Universal, precise and fast - these are the performance features of the PSU 450 H semi-automatic mitre saw for cutting metals. Designed for cutting profiles, pipes and solid material in metal and comparable materials, this machine is specifically designed to address the needs of locksmiths and metalworking shops. The mitre setting is equipped with convenient fixed stops at 90°, 45° and 30°. The 450 mm diameter saw blade used offers a wide cutting range - also for mitre cuts. The heart of the PSU mitre saw unit is the worm gear unit with EISELE shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. It is heavy duty and provides for a smooth, low-vibration running of the saw, which, of course, has a positive impact on the quality of the cutting surface and the blade life.

The GP 150 consists of a modular cage system with variable width and height for large profile channels (circular, egg, box profiles as well as profiles with dry weather channel). It is designed to enable the user to process a corresponding profile size with as few components and assembly work as possible. With only five plug-in connections and three screw connections, a maximum body size of DN 4,000 can be achieved.

The PowerJet series with single or double jet is particularly suitable for cleaning water-bearing pipes and ducts. The increase in working performance with low energy input is due to the novel implementation of the available performance variables such as pressure and volume flow. Even with a volume flow of 280 l/min. and 130 bar, large quantities of loose material (stones, sand, sludge and paper/cellulose) can be transported efficiently. This cleaning method also makes it easy to maintain and preserve old sewer systems (the latter is in line with municipal requirements). Any industrial water can be used to drive the system. The use with water recovery is problem-free.

Our fittings has been designed by our own European Engineers team. We designed an innovative a profile which avoids the risk of damaging the O-rings when the pipe is pushed on to the fitting.
