Our MiniPleat products are pleated on inhouse designed pleating machines and feature exceptional strength, efficiency, dust holding capacity and low air flow resistance. We offer our MiniPleats in several pleat heights and tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ashrae 52.2). Our MiniPleats, utilized in panel filters, are deployed in a variety of applications where technical reliability and a long service life is a must.

Aero Panel G model features Panel filters in Glassfiber media. They are available in 25mm, 50mm and 90mm thicknesses and in various models depending upon application. It is a right choice and economical pre filter for Fan Coil Units & Packaged Units as pre filtersand as disposable pre filters in AHUs and Gas Turbine applications.

Aero Panel GPF model features Panel filters in Glass fiber media. GPF type filters are Pad and Frame design wherein the filter frame has apermanent heavy duty grid on air exit side and with a removable mesh arrangement in the air entry. This ensures replacing the padsonly when required and hence is an economical solution.

AEROMetallic filters are permanent filters with layers of aluminium slit and expanded into mesh of differing densities, encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. FLA9 model filters are washable type panel filters made up of 9 ply aluminium filter media in single layer or two layers, encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. FLA12 model filters follow the similar construction, but use a 12 ply filter media to enhance the filtration and dust holding capacity.

AERO POLYPLEAT filters are cleanable / washable panel filters made up of non woven, high lofted synthetic (polyester) filter media and are available in various efficiency grades ranging from G2 to F5. AERO POLY PLEAT filters offer very high dust arrestance and dust holding capacity than the other types of similar grade panel filters.

Semi-automatic filter presses represent a simplified and cost effective solution for the reliable operation with respect to operation and safety measures. A self-contained oil sealed system has a number of benefits over a traditional water sealed system: It eliminates water usage and disposal costs; it allows you to install it in remote locations where water may not be available; it allows you to attain higher vacuum levels than with water; it can prevent the condensing or dissolving of a process gas; it permits anhydrous processing with a liquid ring pump. Self contained system complete with off of the components for your basic operating needs. Standard components include: pump, TEFC motor, coupling or v-belt drive, drive guard, separator with oil mist eliminator, air cooled heat exchanger, recirculated seal line controls and high temperature alarm switch. Options include: inlet isolation valve, inlet check valve, vacuum relief valve, inlet filter, control panel and system skid plate. An oil sealed liquid ring system is more tolerant of carryover and wear, and it provides quiet operation. The oil is not required for lubrication which means it can operate at extremely long intervals between oil changes, easily going more than 10,000 hours with no down time. Aside from a periodic oil and filter change, the system can run for years with no scheduled maintenance. If your process requires very deep vacuum, Gardner Denver Nash has the solution. Using a two-stage liquid ring pump in an oil sealed system, vacuum levels lower than 10 Torr (29.6" HgV) can be attained.

Filters are made up of self supporting synthetic media in G3, G4 and F5 grades. Frames usually are plastic or card board.It contains no metal parts and hence free from corrosion too. It is an ideal choice to use as a prefilter in air handling units.
