High Temperature Grease (05/20/2021) High temperature multi-purpose grease Description Castrol High Temperature Grease is a high-performance lithium complex grease that is characterized by its excellent high-pressure properties. It contains a high-quality base oil based on mineral oil, to which corrosion protection inhibitors and antioxidants are added in a balanced ratio. The high resilience and good wear protection of Castrol High Temperature Grease goes far beyond the standard of conventional lubricating greases. These good properties result from the effectiveness of the innovative additive package developed specifically for Castrol High Temperature Grease . By smoothing the surface roughness on the friction surfaces , their load share increases . This creates increased safety with regard to the load capacity of the bearings with reduced friction.

Aluminum valve cups (sometimes also referred to as aluminum valve caps) are a mission-critical component for the dispensing solutions industry, represented primarily by aerosol cans. The AVGTS is a special bottom film with best sealing properties and excellent meat adhesion, which is owed to integrated ionomers composed of ethylene methacrylic acid copolymers. The resulting ionic crosslinks are reversible as they dissolve at usual processing temperatures and form again during the cooling phase. The excellent recovery properties and optimal meat adhesion of the AVGTS are particularly beneficial for the production of cooked ham, but also very much in demand for packaging fresh meat. This innovative film with a heat tolerance of maximum 76°C allows gentle cooking of products for up to 12 hours and convinces with minimal jelly or juice separation as well as very good recovery properties. The AVGT is perfectly suitable for products with a defined volume requiring box-shaped forms.
