The continuous Form Fill and Seal Machines paper X hybrid are designed for packaging goods in paper or film. A simple changeover ensures you are ready for the new product and the new packaging material. Centrefold plastic film is created by slitting blown film, which is closed on both sides, at the side or down the centre, as desired. It is basically folded flat film. Centrefold film can be used for a wide variety of packaging solutions. One good example is in the furniture industry, which uses centrefold film as furniture covers to protect pieces from dirt and dust. But centrefold film also plays a major role in product packaging in other areas such as e-commerce, the pharmaceutical industry and the textile industry. Centrefold film is mostly processed using machines – especially L sealers, for example. Centrefold film is one of the most common types of plastic film used in automatic packaging machines.

Sometimes size does matter – when it comes to packaging, for example. Sometimes supersize products or extra large amounts of goods require a unique solution. The transparent food dispensers help to reduce the amount of outer packaging. Sell loose goods such as rice, noodles, pulses, cereals or baking ingredients for independent dispensing in the individually required quantity. The food dispensers are available in different sizes. They are filled from above via a large lid opening. Due to gravity, the bulk material always falls down where it can be filled into a container by operating a lever. The suspension device on the rear side is designed in such a way that even containers with different capacities end uniformly at the removal height. Quick and reliable detection of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals in packaged and unpackaged piece goods. The compact metal detection system offers you safe performance and highest detection sensitivity. With its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the VARICON+ inspects piece goods of up to 50 kg. A very short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-resistant, reliable inline metal detection. To suit the area of installation the system is available with a modular belt (wet area) or a flat belt (dry area). The conveyor belts are available with variable belt widths. The motor controller is fitted either with a conveyor stop in case of metal detection or an application-specific rejection system. For easy and thorough cleaning the VARICON+ series has a hygienic design. Quality which is reflected in BRC, IFS and HACCP certifications. The VARICON+ comes with IP65 protection. The robust metal detector can be variably used in dry and wet environments. It ensures best test results for packaged or unpackaged piece goods. VARICONcompact safely checks for any contaminants enclosed in the product such as steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal, e.g. aluminum.
