The Oxyfire™ in-situ oxygen sensor measures oxygen concentrations directly in the "high heat" zones of high temperature furnaces, boilers and incinerators. They are intrinsically safe, requiring no electrical input power, and generating only a low millivolt output. FEATURES • Available in a number of standard lengths up to 48" (1200 mm) • Field performance can be easily verified using integral verification gas port • Intrinsically Safe per EN50 014 (1977) clause 1.3 • Temperature Range: 1000°F (min) to 3000°F (max) / 538°C (min) to 1649°C (max) • Robust design eliminates "auxiliary sheaths" required on lower quality products • Single side connections ensure cables are safely away from the hot furnace wall • Proven track record: used in more furnaces, boilers and incinerators than all other high-temp probes combined • No drift or accuracy problems common to "side hole" probes • High quality construction eliminates the need for cooling air • Proprietary installation configuration...

The extracellular OCR Plate AssayKit includes an oxygen Probe, which has the property of increasing phosphorescence intensity asthe oxygen concentration in the medium decreases, and mineral oil blocks the influx of oxygen from the air. After measuring the phosphrescence intensity according to the extracellular oxygen concentration with a fluorescent microplate reader, the OCR of the cells is calculated based on the Stern-Volmer equation.

The Sentinel-ES™ Control Panel brings you the very best technology to monitor oxygen and dewpoint in situations where an in-situ probe is not practical. The combination of fast response times, low sensor replacement cost, no modifications necessary for your furnace or generator, and simple set-up and calibration make the Sentinel-ES™ an obvious choice for difficult applications.

Monitoring of oxygen concentrations in bioprocesses in real time offers the possibility to learn about the actual metabolic state of the culture and use the information for process optimization. Values like OUR, OTR, RQ or even feeding strategies are essential for process control and optmization. BCP-O2 oxygen analyzers in the simple PA housing have a space saving design and are suitable for small scale stuides (e.g experiments in shake flasks) up to industrial scale processes. Due to the integrated automated temperature and pressure compensation gas cooling, specific valves or pipes are unnecessary. Gas concentrations can be measured directly in the process without expentiture.

Oxygen is essential for life. Measuring oxygen concentrations plays a central role in controlling biotechnological processes . No matter if fermentations, scale-up studies, bioproductions in lab or industrial scale, the BCP-O2 sensor determines the oxygen concentration in realtime (real time monitoring) in a very convenient way. By measuring the oxygen concentrations oxygen limitations can be avoided and conclusions to metabolic activity can be drawn. With the help of measuring the oxygen important process parameters as OTR oxygen transfer rate or respiratory quotient RQ can be determined. Using BCP-O2 simplifies process optimization in bioprocessing and makes it efficient and precise. In contrast to other sensors the BCP-O2 has in integrated automated temperature and pressure compensation and can be connected to each and every fermenter type. BCP-O2 doesn´t need a minimum flow rate and thus can be applied from small (lab) scale (e.g shake flask) up to the large industrial scale.

Our EPC 3GAS analyser is a more flexible variation of the basic model. The device changes the measurement automatically or externally controlled in order to monitor several processes simultaneously or consecutively. The change of the currently active measurement from process 1. to process 2. is done either by an external signal or in an adjustable time interval. Since our sensors can determine the oxygen concentration very quickly, time intervals of 30 seconds are realistically achievable. With desired concentrations of approx. 500 ppm, this is completely sufficient. Advantages - Over 20 years of experience in development and optimisation - Top response time and short heat-up phase - Two different sizes for added flexibility - Long average life components - Digital measurement data logging - User-friendly filter change - 5.7 inch touch screen - Intuitive menu navigation - in many languages
