scanCONTROL 25x0 laser scanners are designed for industrial measurement tasks. The combination of compact design, versatility and signal stability creates an excellent price/performance ratio, especially for measurement tasks involving large quantities. The scanCONTROL 25x0 laser scanners are available with three measuring ranges with either red or blue laser. Optional accessories, different cable types and interface modules enable a wide range of applications in the production line and in machine building.

PP barrel pump with rigid discharge tube. Barrel pumps made of polypropylene allow a fast transfer of liquids from barrels, canisters and tanks. The good chemical resistance of PP allows acids, alkalis and aggressive detergents to be transferred. The low-mounted non-return valve of the barrel pump and the immersion depth that can be steplessly adjusted using the barrel screw joints ensure good removal of residual liquid. In the basic version the MMC 5000 consists of a main X-axis featuring a linear air bearing (feed axis), a linear roller bearing Z-axis (infeed axis) and the milling spindle (air bearing) mounted on top of the Z-axis. The main application is face milling of optical and mechanical precision components. A Y-axis is available as an option. Another useful accessory is a second milling spindle, used perpendicular to the first one, thus allowing for the machining of two sides of a workpiece to perpendicularity in one setup. Accessories, like vacuum chucks, different milling spindles, touch probes for part thickness measurement, machine interferometers and other sensors for insitu measurement of workpiece shape and roughness, make the MMC 5000 machines an effective tool.
