The transparent food dispensers help to reduce the amount of outer packaging. Sell loose goods such as rice, noodles, pulses, cereals or baking ingredients for independent dispensing in the individually required quantity. The food dispensers are available in different sizes. They are filled from above via a large lid opening. Due to gravity, the bulk material always falls down where it can be filled into a container by operating a lever. The suspension device on the rear side is designed in such a way that even containers with different capacities end uniformly at the removal height. A conversion to unpackaged articles is child's play with the help of our products!

This high-performance grinder is the improved successor of the proven straight grinder SRD 645.Despite the high speed of 45.000 rpm, it consumes just 260 W of power. The density of the material fed to the mat formers as well as the weight of the formed mat are important factors and must therefore be continuously monitored. CMC TEXPAN's load-cell scales can easily be tted into new or existing production lines to ensure consistent PB, MDF or OSB qualities. They can be installed inside metering bins to control the density of the material fed to the mat formers or downstream of mat formers to control the weight of the formed mat. The core of a mat scale is its weighing table, made of aluminium and split into two halves each connected to the relevant load cells by means of weighing levers. Mat scales operate in "load" mode that is to say the heavier the weight on the scale, the higher the load on the cells. The weight detected by the load cells will be displayed on a digital amplier, shielded against high and low frequency noise, which will give an mA-output signal for further processing in a PLC.

The mobile handling equipment is simple to operate and practical even in tight corners, it can pick up drums, lift and invert them and then lower them. This is made possible largely by its compact construction, which combines low headroom requirements with maximum lift. The carrying arms are raised hydraulically and the operating levers allow infinitely variable positioning. The linkage is designed so that the horizontal reach does not change during the lifting operation, the drum always remaining visible to the operator. As the drum always remains on the same vertical center line when being raised or lowered, it is possible to position it accurately.
