This double-sided A-board is equipped with 2 waterproof poster pockets instead of the normal covers, so that your posters are optimally protected against rainwater. Furthermore, the back panels of this poster display are made of weather-resistant polystyrene. The poster stand thus defies all wind and weather. The uniform, high-quality look of the rainproof poster stand is ensured by the silver anodised click frames and the silver anodised base frames. The click frames are made of the 30 mm aluminium profile. To change the advertising media, the 4 frame profiles of the pavement stand are opened. The poster pocket is removed and the insert is replaced. After the exchange, the poster pocket is put back into the A-board and the profiles of the click frame are closed again. The poster exchange is done. Due to the use of waterproof poster pockets, the 30 mm profile creates a free space between the poster and the frame for technical production reasons.

To ensure consistently first-class appearance, our advertising boards are uniformly equipped with silver anodised snap frames as well as silver anodised legs. To increase the weight of the stand and to make it difficult to overturn, the snap frames are also equipped with weatherproof, galvanised metal rear walls. The protection of the posters is ensured by the extra-strong, non-reflective cover made of UV-stabilised material. The UV stabilisation prevents the posters from fading and the anti-reflective coating improves the readability of the information without light reflection, even in sunlight. A quick change of media is also ensured by the folding technique of the frame.

Intelligent Storage Management With the ISM 400 you can flexibly store 7“, 13“ and 15“ reels, trays, tubes, printed circuit boards, well equipped feeder, solding pastes or screen printing frames manually and monitor their insertion and extraction. The different configuration possibilities of the ISM 400 satisfy the storage needs of the most varied types of components as well as operational and consumable resources of a modern SMT production. With the help of the optional humidity control module it is possible to constantly adjust and monitor the humidity level within the system.

Using a special process, trays of different dimensions or materials (corrugated board, fibre casting, plastic) are equipped with a VCI film true to contour. The VCI protection becomes part of the tray and - combined with a closed outer packaging - makes further corrosion protection unnecessary. You can directly load the trays, minimize the need for packaging components and optimize handling at the workplace. Trays made of cast fibre or corrugated board are ideal for one-way use. After use, the film and tray can easily be separated, so that both materials can be sorted and disposed of.

It is possible to reliably remove reject boards without aecting the cycles in the rejects area. Acceptable boards continue to be transported towards the cooling turner. The rejected board stack may optionally be equipped with batch and package forming systems. These are for optimising the cooling turner utilisation and are explained in greater detail in the chapter about the ‘Cooling section’. The rejected board stack is equipped with a variable length adjuster or board lifter for the batch and package forming options. Reject boards are removed by lifting the rst belt conveyor. The rejected board stack may be optionally equipped with a buer for forming the reject stacks or with an additional belt conveyor that transports the rejects to the board breaker.
