Nipples available in numerous variants and lengths 3 types of nipples The nipple product group is divided into three different types: Standard pipe nipple concentric pipe nipple eccentric pipe nipple Different endings Nipples are available with a thread or without a thread on one / both sides. The variant without thread can be delivered with beveld or plan end. Nipples can be supplied with the following threads: NPT thread according to ANSI B 16.11 BSP thread according to ANSI B 16.11 G thread according to DIN ISO 228 R thread according to DIN 2999 like BEP.

The nipple can be shut off to allow for an easy and reliable connection. There is usually a risk of aggressive gases or liquids escaping during coupling operations. Supply lines can be connected and disconnected quickly and frequently with the 3K quick connector because the lock seals off the line before the coupling is undone.

Numerous designs available at short notice Support-free assembly Nipple outlets (MSS SP 97) have been specially developed for support-free assembly. Nipple outlets are available with different ends. Smooth or beveled ends are used for welded connections, while the ends have an external thread for screw connections. We can deliver nipple outlets with NPT thread according to ASME B1.20.1 from our warehouse. We can deliver nipple outlets with BSP / T threads according to ISO 7-1 and BSP / P threads according to DIN ISO 228 with short delivery times. Standards and special requests We deliver nipple outlets in different wall thicknesses (STD, XS, S 160 & XXS and special wall thicknesses) as well as in all common materials. The piping system consists of high-grade NiroSan® press fittings with an EPDM (=ethylene propylene dien rubber) moulded sealing ring and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. All NiroSan® press fittings are made from the premium stainless steel type 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for pressing components) and 1.4408 (for precision cast threaded stainless steel components). The material 1.4404 contains at least 2.3 % molybdenum, yet less carbon than the conventional type 1.4401. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance. The NiroSan® press system and its components are certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of all important European certification bodies. NiroSan® Double nipple
