The CANopen Master protocol stack provides the complete functionality for integration of the CANopen standards CiA 301 (FD: CiA 1301), CiA 302 and CiA305 into control systems. HGL offers tailor-made PC solutions that have been specially developed to form a holistic measurement system in combination with HGL amplifiers. The PCs offer sufficient power reserves and storage capacity to operate several measuring devices in parallel on one computer and are compact in design. The compatibility with the existing measurement hardware was tested in numerous test series. Different form factors offer different ways to accommodate the computer hardware. In the 19" format, installation in measuring cabinets is no problem. Other form factors offer the option of mounting the PC directly to the back of a monitor. Network switches integrated into the PC hardware provide additional flexibility and clarity when setting up and operating complex measurement systems.

Pipe Network Monitoring The DK680 is a robust data logger for measuring pressure in gases or water, and optionally also for measuring temperature. When monitoring pressure in pipe networks the device can detect short-term fluctuations as well as long-term changes in pressure thanks to a sampling interval between 8 Hz and 24 hours. Analysing the gas quality in the gas network is essential to monitor technical specifications and ensure correct billing. The GasPro is a mobile gas sampler, with which cyclic sampling can be carried out easily and flexibly at any point from dry gas networks. The samples are collected in a sample cylinder in the GasPro and can then be analysed in a laboratory. The GasPro allows the separation of sampling and sample analysis and is therefore more cost effective and flexible than for example fixed installed gas chromatographs.

With VIBRONET Signalmaster, up to 162 measuring points can be installed and entire production areas can be included in the monitoring. The distance between the basic unit and the sensor does not play a decisive role, because the wiring concept used reduces installation costs to a minimum. VIBRONET Signalmaster is therefore one of the most efficient and costeffective monitoring systems for large machinery and extensive plants with productioncritical units. Vibration, temperature, RPM and other process parameters can be integrated into a monitoring network that covers whole plant sections.The robust cabling installation guarantees reliable machine monitoring even in harsh environments such as cement plants, openpit and underground mining or refineries. VIBRONET Signalmaster is easily expandable. The data recorded can be analyzed in OMNITREND CENTER, the universal software platform for PRUFTECHNIK's Condition Monitoring systems.
