IFA Technology considers your individual requirements on waste water treatment and builds customised flocculent systems for you. Flocculent systems for waste water treatment can be used for various fields of application - from the dosing of additives to the filtration of the flocculent. Such a flocculent system can, for instance, be used as a fully automated three-chamber system to produce a solution from dry polyelectrolytes. Flocculent systems from IFA Technology are always implemented according to your individual wishes. In addition to stationary systems, container solutions are also possible.

The Gentle-boil system SchoKo 2.0 is installed where evaporation has always been the most effective—between the whirlpool and the wort cooler. This is similar to the conditions the so-called Kuehlschiff (Eng. Cooling tun) provided in the past, only here the process occurs within in an airtight system, free from exposure to oxygen. Brewers can look forward to a final product with a perfect foam head and exceptional flavor stability. The energy consumption comes out to less than 1 Liter of fuel oil per 100 Liters of wort (approximately 1 gallon of fuel oil per 26 gallons of wort). Because vacuum evaporation can now take place at 80°C (176°F), the re-heating of any reserve hot water can be eliminated. Thanks to the complete recovery of evaporation heat, the amount of hot water generated in the evaporation condenser is considerably reduced.

The Somelite BL is the original Sango marine coral in its original form and can be used for filter systems for purification and mineralization of the water. The granules can be removed in bulk from 20 Kg.

The PowerJet series with single or double jet is particularly suitable for cleaning water-bearing pipes and ducts. The increase in working performance with low energy input is due to the novel implementation of the available performance variables such as pressure and volume flow. Even with a volume flow of 280 l/min. and 130 bar, large quantities of loose material (stones, sand, sludge and paper/cellulose) can be transported efficiently. This cleaning method also makes it easy to maintain and preserve old sewer systems (the latter is in line with municipal requirements). Any industrial water can be used to drive the system. The use with water recovery is problem-free.
