We develop and manufacture blower components such as fans, motors, duct guides, electronics and housings and, if desired, integrate them into assemblies and devices. In addition, we develop entire blowers as well as the required equipment. Furthermore, we are your contact for fan optimisation with regard to improved volume flow, more efficient volume pressure and noise reduction.

In the fluid dynamics laboratory of our Wasserburg competence centre, we design new fan wheels and turbines and optimise existing systems for performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units. Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs. Corrugated tubes for cooling ceilings: The newly developed PE-HD multi-layer plastic corrugated tube with EVOH oxygen barrier (basis for DIN 4726) has been developed specifically for the use in panel cooling systems. It does not contain halogens, is free from cadmium, pollutants or heavy metals. Due to the circular corrugations arranged concentrically around the longitudinal axis, the tube is solid and non-buckling, but at the same time very flexible. Corrugated tubes for exhaust technology: The flexible plastic exhaust tubes by FRÄNKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES can be used for condensing boilers with an exhaust temperature of up to 120°C. They can be individually cut, and due to their flexibility they can be installed by simple feeding without complex plug-in connections. This constitutes an enormous advantage especially for refurbishing old buildings, chimney protrusions or narrow bends.

Our duct systems for battery ventilation feature highly flexible sections combined with high stiffness in the cuff section. Connecting elements and matched accessories allow for easy assembly and disassembly. Our corrugated tubes with Quick connectors for ventilation ducts can be supplied to customers specifications with freely selectable smooth sections, variously combined diameters and matched accessories. The integrated Quick connector guarantees for a reliable connection, reduces the risk of leakage, saves weight and shortens assembly times. Our range of fuel tank ventilation products includes all lines, ranging from in-tank vent lines, connectors between fuel tank and suction device to receiving lines, flushing lines and return lines to the activated charcoal filter. Corrugated tube systems / multilayer tube systems that ensure safe operation and a leak-tight connection are designed to customers specification and fitted with integrated valves and fully mounted quick connectors. The systems are flame retardant, withstand temperatures up to 140°C and provide high mechanical strength.

Our fuel lines ensure the safe transport of aggressive substances and allow for easy and time-saving installation thanks to matched connectors. All lines, smooth sections, cuffs and Quick connectors are made to customers specification and guarantee a reliable connection. The flexibility of our corrugated tubes provides a key advantage especially in tanks where space is limited. Depending on the material, the systems are resistant to chemical substances and withstand temperatures up to 140°C.
