The new IMS5400-DS white light interferometer opens up new perspectives in industrial distance measurement. The controller has an intelligent evaluation feature and enables absolute measurements with nanometer accuracy at a relatively large offset distance. Compared to other absolute measuring optical systems, the IMS5400-DS offers an unsurpassed combination of accuracy, measuring range and offset distance.

The new thicknessSENSOR opens up diverse application possibilities in terms of non-contact thickness measurement. The sensor operates with high precision and enables fast commissioning as well as ease of use. The thicknessSENSOR is a fully assembled system for non-contact thickness measurements of strip and plate material. The system consists of two displacement sensors that are fixed opposite to each other on a frame and measure against the target from both sides. The material thickness is detected according to the difference principle and calculated using an integrated evaluation unit. The measurement values are output as analog values via voltage and current or in digital form via Ethernet. Due to its extremely compact size, the sensor can also easily be integrated into restricted installation space. Miniature MP and MT draw-wire sensors are designed for measurement tasks with fast wire movements. Their robust aluminum housing makes the sensors suitable for industrial applications. The MP and MT draw-wire sensors are equipped with a potentiometer.

The AL-ROCK is a laser hardening system for surface hardening with a self-propelled caterpillar track. The laser can be brought directly to the workpiece. Time-consuming removal of the components to be hardened can often be avoided. The robot arm easily reaches the hard-to-reach places on the workpiece. All common metals can be hardened, e.g. Quenched and tempered steels, cold work steels and cast steel or gray cast iron. The material must have at least 80% pearlite. The degrees of hardness that can be achieved are identical to those of conventional hardening processes. In free 3D movements, the laser beam precisely follows even the most demanding three-dimensional workpiece contours, for example on tracks along closing edges. Pimples, scar structures. Simple points are also not a problem. Only the free access of the laser beam to the surface to be hardened is required. And the AL-ROCK can do even more - on request, the laser robot can also be used for laser welding.

Target with foldable base RSLT10 The laser target RSLT10 has been developed for quickly setting up a line laser into an accurate position along the axis. Position the laser target at your reference point opposite your laser. Afterwards direct the laser with the activated axis line to the centre of the laser target by moving the laser to the left and to the right so you can see the line on the target. Important: The target makes the laser line visible only if you stand in line with your head at the same height as the laser. The laser target can be used up to a distance of 30 meters even on sunny days. The laser target is foldable and can easily transported directly in the laser case.
