The top tier of aesthetic and technology: With their flawless welding seams and trademark look, the KASPAR SCHULZ tanks are convincing in every aspect of brewery plant manufacturing. Thanks to our in-house only production, we can offer you customized plans that precisely tailor the tank measurements to the room height in your facility. The tanks are suitable for all types of beer, plus carbonated non-alcoholic and mixed beverages given that they are principally manufactured for a 3 bar operating pressure Ideal cleanup thanks to rounded manholes Temperature measurement using a contact sensor The bung apparatus (pressure regulator) can be integrated into the tank cleaning circuit without disassembly Welded and ground surfaces create an attractive appearance All piping is mounted mechanically (thus, without a welding arc). Piping is curved and therefore meets the highest biological safeguard requirements Minimal installation costs thanks to pre-piping

The weighing of liquids and solids is always implemented by IFA Technology according to your requirements - with load cells and evaluation devices from all the well-known suppliers. Liquid and solid substances can be weighed in their own storage containers, such as drums, containers, silos or tanks, but also in mixing tanks, storage containers or other containers. High-precision weight measurement makes it possible to weigh the components within the desired tolerances directly in the container or to measure them by loss-in-weight, and as a result achieve gravimetric dosing. As an alternative to gravimetric dosing, we use volumetric dosing of solids or liquids, depending on the requirements of the substances and processes. For volumetric dosing, we use the methods customary on the market, such as Coriolis mass flow measurement, magnetic-inductive flow measurement, ultrasonic measurement and counter measurement as well as belt scale measurement or impact scale measurement.

Liquids (for instance raw materials or end products) are stored in canisters, drums, IBC containers or storage tanks. Solids and bulk materials, on the other hand, are stored in bags, big bags, silos or various special containers. IFA Technology offers sound and safe handling for the storage of liquids, solids and bulk materials as well as suitable storage containers such as customised shelves, tank farms or silo systems. We check and control among other things the compatibility of the substances, the effect of environmental influences as well as the conformity with legal requirements. We ensure compliance with various regulations such as the German Water Resources Act (WHG) or Explosive Atmospheres Directive (ATEX) by means of temperature-controlled storage tanks and the blanketing of the relevant substances by means of nitrogen, dry air or gas displacement systems or their circulation via agitators or circulation.

The screw-in transmitter LMK 351 has been designed for measuring small system pressure and level measurement in container. The LMK 351 is based on an own-developed capacitive ceramic sensor element. Usage in viscous and pasty media is possible because of the flush mounted sensor. For the usage in aggressive media a pressure port in PVDF and the diaphragm in AI2O3 99.9 % is available. An intrinsically safe version complete the range of possibilities. Features — nominal pressure: 0 ... 40 mbar up to 0 ... 20 bar — accuracy: 0.35 % (opt. 0.25 %) FSO — pressure port G 1 1/2" for pasty and polluted media Optional Features — IS-version Ex ia = intrinsically for gases and dusts — pressure port PVDF for aggressive media — diaphragm pure ceramic (99,9 % Al2O3) — customer specific versions

The screw-in transmitter LMP 331 has been designed for continuous level measurement and is characterized by an excellent performance and a robust construction. The modular construction allows the user the highest possible flexibility in the adaption of LMP 331. Optional features like e.g. an intrinsically safe version or a functionally safe version (SIL 2) increase the advantages when launching and realizing projects for plants and systems. Features — nominal pressure: 0 ... 100 mbar up to 0 ... 40 bar — accuracy: 0.35 % (opt. 0.25% / 0.1 %) FSO — small thermal effect — excellent long term stability — pressure port G 3/4" flush Optional Features — IS-version Ex ia = intrinsically safe for gases and dusts — SIL 2 application according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 — different electrical connections — customer specific versions e.g. special pressure ranges
