In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

Aerofil produce and supply various filter media rolls used in surface coating and HVAC applications. Filter media are available in synthetic nonwoven media from efficiency F5. Standard roll thickness is 20mm. They are available in rolls and cut to length pads.

Aero Cell VXL, the high efficiency MiniPleat compact filters made up of synthetic media are available in a wide range of efficiencies from M6 F9 (65% 95%+). Aero Cell VXL is designed to use in HVAC installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. Extended surface are to 400 and 430mm are its specialty.

AERO FLOW, medium to high efficiency extended surface deep pleated rigid box filters are manufactured from a new generation range of inherently antimicrobial, high lofted synthetic fiber filter media or micro fine glass fiber filter media. It is capable of removing contaminants from the air stream and is an ideal fine filter for HVAC systems.

AERO Pleat Z APZ model panel filters with plastic or card board frame are a new generation environmentally friendly coarse filters, with 100%incinerable materials. Filters are made up of self supporting synthetic media in G3, G4 and F5 grades. Frames usually are plastic or card board.It contains no metal parts and hence free from corrosion too. It is an ideal choice to use as a prefilter in air handling units.

AERO Pac P filters are medium to high efficiency extended surface selfsupporting Pocket (bag) filters made of super fine synthetic (Polyester) filter media. The progressive density multilayered fiber arrangement offers excellent filtration performance combined with very high dust holding capacity.

AERO PAC Nano high efficiency extended surface bag filters are manufactured from a new generation range of Nano coated Meltblownsynthetic media with a high lofted synthetic fiber prefilter filter. AERO PAC NANO offers excellent filtration performance combined with highdust holding capacity and suitable for applications where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. This filter meets the class demand as per ISO 16890 as well as EN 779 2012.
