The optoNCDT LL laser sensors produce an oval-shaped light spot of just a few millimeters in width which reminds of a short "laser line" (LL). This oval light spot compensates for inhomogeneous surface structures and the so-called "speckling" effect which particularly occurs with metallic surfaces. Combined with special software algorithms, interferences caused by surface roughness, defects, indentations or holes are filtered out. This enables stable and precise measurement results.

The optoNCDT 1900 offers a unique combination of speed, size, performance and application versatility for displacement, distance and position measurements. This compact triangulation sensor achieves a high measurement accuracy and measuring rates of up to 10 kHz. The high-performance optical system generates a small light spot which enables to even detect the finest of details and structures reliably.

White light interferometers use infrared light in the non-visible range (approx. 840 nm wavelength), which means that the measurement position cannot be seen. To visualize the measuring position, Micro-Epsilon systems are equipped with a pilot laser which projects a light spot onto the measuring position. In addition, the pilot laser uses a patented method to provide feedback on the distance in addition to the measurement position. If the measuring object is at the correct distance and within the measuring range, a constant glow is emitted by the pilot laser. If the measuring object is outside the measuring range, the pilot laser flashes.

The optoNCDT BL models are equipped with a blue laser diode and are used when standard sensors with a red laser diode are operating at their performance limits. Due to its shorter wavelength, the blue laser does not penetrate the target surface, projecting a small light spot on the surface and therefore providing stable and precise results. As Blue Laser sensors are equipped with a special filter, they are insensitive to highly emitting objects such as glowing metals. Blue Laser sensors are preferably used with measurements on organic and (semi-)transparent objects, as well as for red-hot glowing metals.

The optoNCDT1420 offers a unique combination of speed, size, performance and application versatility for displacement, distance and position measurements. The selectable connector type, i.e. cable or pigtail, together with compact size reduce the sensor installation effort to a minimum. Just like all triangulation sensors from Micro-Epsilon, the optoNCDT 1420 provides an intelligent surface regulation. The Active Surface Compensation (ASC) ensures stable measurement results regardless of changing surface colours or brightness. The high-performance optical system generates a small light spot which enables to even detect smallest components reliably.

LED-bar light from with diffus and even light: Can used as a diffuse back lighting for line images and for diffuse top lighting. You can also use as wash down light ore low-angle light. LED-bar light with 30 degree beam angle: Can uses for bright lighting with short light distance and for lighting with large camera distance. In the led barlight we can integrate an switch input with opto-coupler. So you can switch the barlight from PC or SPS. LED-line light for line camera systems and dark field illumination: Light with only 3 degree beam angle, hight quality cylindrical lens. One light for various working distances. So you can use for line cameras for direct lighting, but also for a wash down light. LED-Spot MINI and Maxi: The small radiators with high capacity can be used universally. The already installes power controls and hte gate inputs make the handling very easy and sucure. You can use as spot light, but also as wash down light. The Spots will also will made in cusomer's specification. The same is valid for very big areas with break throughs. planistar is building a lot of standard lightings, but also customized lights.
