Our production facilities are fully up to date. Thanks to the adjustable design of our lines, we can easily implement special solutions. We have the latest generation Rehm reflow soldering systems. In particular with regard to temperature zones, they are exceedingly efficient. The soldering process takes place in a protective atmosphere. In the reflow soldering process, we process through-hole and SMD components. The number of work stages, sources of error and thermal loads is reduced. In the reflow process we are also able to solder through-hole components, thereby reducing sources of error and repeated thermal load and work stages.

Whether it's manual soldering with robotic support, wave and selective soldering or laser soldering – in all assembly tasks, we are able to use any technique required without a problem. Depending on the component, different soldering technologies offer different advantaged. We will adjust the process individually to your project.

Reflow Soldering Oven JUKI’s RS 600 6 zone reflow soldering oven is the space saving and inexpensive solution for the numerous standard SMT soldering tasks. Taking up a small amount of floor space and having low energy consumption, the machine has all the advantages of a larger reflow soldering oven such as perfect thermal properties as well as comprehensive equipment including useful features.

Reflow Soldering Oven JUKI’s RS 800 8 zone reflow soldering oven embodies the best compromise between cost and effectiveness, floor space and energy consumption. With its 8 zones even complex soldering profiles can be constructed. 2 cooling zones ensure a suitable cooling down of the printed circuit boards after the soldering process.

Reflow Soldering Oven With its 10 heating zones and 2 cooling zones JUKI’s RS 1000 helps create even ambitious profiles and improve towards a high throughput of printed circuit boards respectively. Top flexibility is therefore guaranteed for future applications as well. In spite of a higher count of heating zones, the energy consumption is low.

Screen Printer JUKI’s mid size screen printer P PRIMO aims at medium format printed ciruit boards with sizes of up to 850 × 610 mm. The machine is delivered with a well structured, easy to use software, which allows the construction of a production programme in less than 8 minutes. Further functions that are included with delivery automatic stencil cleaning, 2D solder paste inspection, top and side clamping and many more!

Screen Printer G Titan JUKI’s G TITAN is equipped with premium quality functions empowering the JUKI Screen Printing Solution on its path to Industry 4.0 and “Lights Out Manufacturing”. Ease of use is provided due to a brand new GUI – Graphical User Interface – which is operated via touch screen. G TITAN supports circuit boards of sizes up to 510 × 510 mm and therefore addresses its demands towards the mid size segment. Innovative novelties such as the Opti Paste Control – OPC – as well as the Quality Print Control – QPC – represent useful individual functions to achieve optimised paste consumption, higher level of automisation and avoidance of printing errors during the screen printing process.
