In addition to complete OEM devices, Gronbach produces a wide range of mechanical components for the household appliance industry, which are characterised by dimensional accuracy and durability. Our products can be used both in the visible area of kitchens and gastronomic facilities and as ready-to-install functional components. We develop and produce material- and production-optimized according to your specific requirements. In addition, we develop and produce material- and production-optimised designs of assemblies according to individual customer-specific requirements, e.g. hinges, front panels, frames and pull-outs, and assemble these ready for installation. We realize small series of special products as well as large series.

Filling: The pre-opened bags-on-a-roll are opened manually or automatically by air blast and they are filled while still hanging on the roll. After filling, the bag is teared off and sealed. Lateral cardboard disks ensure the steady and exact unwinding of the roll. Holes can be punched in the bags, allowing air to escape during the packing process. The back of the bag can be coloured for better visibility of the bag’s content. A vertical tear-off perforation helps to re-open the filled bags. Self adhesive bags, as well as envelopes, are used whenever a bag has to be reclosed easily, and wherever the protection of the content against contamination or loss is essential. Therefore, the flap of the bag is provided with a reclosable or permanent adhesive stripe which makes the bag extremely user-friendly. Of course you will receive our self adhesive bags also with two adhesion stripes, for dual use, for example for return delivery. Automatically controlled systems In automated systems, parts are moved through the plant using a hoist in a fully-automatic, PLC controlled process. The bath parameters, the exposure time for parts in the baths, and the process steps are all saved in the PLC. The system runs through the process fully automatically. Operating personnel are primarily responsible for monitoring the system. Fully automated systems can significantly optimize manufacturing processes for small and large-scale series production through precision and economic efficiency (consumption quantities, energy management).
