Push-pulls enable transportation of loads with inexpensive and place saving slip-sheets which are usually made of plastic or cardboard. This KAUP attachment makes expensive and unwieldy wooden pallets superfluous and optimal economical loading of overseas containers possible.

The CLS1000 controller is available in five different versions: CLS1000-QN with antivalence function (normally open/normally closed), CLS1000-2Q with two switching outputs, CLS1000-OC with optocoupler, CLS1000-AU with voltage output and CLS1000-AI with current output. Each model is available in NPN, PNP or push-pull versions. All controllers are available with or without triggers.

This design by LEBENDämpfungstechnik GmbH acts as a hydraulic shock absorber in both, pulling and pushing direction. The energy dissipation of this kind of industrial shock absorber is performed in two ways Working principle As a purely hydraulic variant (TwinStroke®) – in push (compression) direction hydraulically reversible by means of damping medium – in pull (tension) direction hydraulically reversible by means of damping medium The TwinStroke® dampens push and pull forces without an additional functional element. A piston system transmits the push and pull forces gashydraulically to different gas and oil chambers. In this way, any load can be absorbed immediately without idle stroke, socalled “slack”, and with minimal wear. The TwinStroke® can absorb changing loads very well. The smaller size and lower weight is advantageous, as only one element is needed to absorb compression and tension forces.

ETx25K kit encoders are used for reliable angle measurement from a shaft which is installed in the application: as single turn variant (360°) with analogue, PWM, incremental, SER or SPI output, or as a multiturn variant (up to 72000°) with analogue output. ETx25K can be used up to medium environmental requirements (IP67). Singleturn electronics: ETA25K absolute analogue encoder (ETA25K X redundant version): Provides an absolute analogue signal with 12 bits resolution. ETP25K absolute analogue encoder: Pulswidth output (PWM) ETI25K incremental encoder: With up to 1024 pulses / per revolution and availability of following output signals: TTL, Push-Pull or Open Collector. Unbeatable small installation depth and the highest stability in its class. The joysticks of the series 844 exhibit properties, which are normally found in heavy-duty products only, even though it is a very compact finger joystick. For example, with handle "T" the 844 becomes the most compact stock grip joystick with push button (see picture above in the center). In this configuration, the 844 has the advantage over larger models of lower price and space requirements. The joysticks of the series 844 are equipped with wear-less Hall Effect sensors, are available with up to 3 axes, and exhibit a robust mechanical construction, with a ball-socket pivot. It withstands high push, pull, translational and rotational forces, up to a load of 400 N (vertically). The operational lifetime is up to 10 million operations. With protection up to IP65, a variety of handle shapes, limiters and output options, the optimum product can be selected for the application.
