Our international bestseller: the VX1000 is a universal 3D printer for industrial applications. The machine is fast, easy to operate and enables you to cost-effectively produce medium-sized molds, cores and models for making prototypes. The VX1000 is also suitable for producing small series. Plastic and sand can be used as the particulate material. The piezo print head system of the VX1000 achieves a resolution of up to 600 dpi. The machine's build space measures 1,000 x 600 x 500 mm. The thickness of a layer applied in one cycle is 150 µm for plastic and 300 µm for sand. In addition, the VX1000 concept is environmentally friendly: In plastic processes, the unprinted particulate material is recyclable.

JETBOXX® plastic granulate dryers are compressed air based dry-air dryers for mounting directly on the feed section of the processing machine. The JETBOXX® technology guarantees perfect drying results thanks to plastic-specific and throughput-dependent dryer settings. The dryers are available with a volume of 30/50/75 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options from the JETBOXX® system. Mobile plastic granules dryers from the JETBOXX® system are available with a volume of 30/50/75/200 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options. They can be used anywhere, where top-mounted dryers fail because of weight / or space reasons, and flexibility is required. When changing the setting of task, the components can be combined easily or used for example as top-mounted dryers. We have engineered a range of TPE compounds specifically designed to address the requirements for automotive mats - the Dryflex AM range. These materials combine the performance of thermoset rubbers with the processability of plastics. Applications for Dryflex AM materials include floor mats, trunk liners, coin mats, fascia mats and trim. For automotive floor mats the materials needs to have high scratch and abrasion resistance. It is also critical that the material is non-slip, even when wet. The material structure of Dryflex AM compounds produces the surface finish and high friction required. Dryflex AM materials are low odour and fogging. They require no vulcanisation and are 100% recyclable during production, making them easier to process than vulcanised EPDM with fewer steps. This means less energy is used and production is faster and more cost-efficient. With our Dryflex WS range we have turned the usual water-resistant properties of TPEs on their head to engineer materials that swell up to ten times their volume when immersed in water. Dryflex WS are a range of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which contain hydrophilic particles. They swell at a controlled rate and percentage, with swell rates from 300 to 1000% when immersed in water. When there is no longer water present the compound shrinks back to its original size, a process that can be repeated an almost unlimited number of times. Dryflex WS materials are used in applications to form a positive seal and prevent the ingress or exit of water. We have also developed softer grades which offer excellent drapability. They are an ideal choice for water stop applications where the profiles may be coiled or need to be fitted around complex structures.
