Optimizes finishing The Orthopac VMC is a modular process control system for textile refinement. It optimises drying or fixing processes as well as the processes all about the stenter. The system measures, logs and controls critical process parameters over the entire working width like temperature, dwell time, residual moisture, exhaust air moisture, thread density, basis weight and more. This increases quality while saving resources and energy. The modular design of the system allows its flexible adaptation to all applications. Both, standard requirements and highly customized demands are thus met. The system can also be integrated into an Orthopac straightening system. It thereby combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device.

The modular Waferhandling-System facilitates all possible handling processes of wafers. Loading and unloading, conveying, gripping, inspecting, sorting and singulating can be realized in one system. Our Ultrasonic Suspension Technology keeps the wafer on distance the whole time and therefore prevents micro-scratches and contamination. Sealing compounds for crown corks The EPSeal 100 series is designed for crown corks and can be used for carbonated beverages including lemonades, beer, mineral water, juices and milk based drinks. Different versions accommodate all the beverage processing systems including sterilisation. Additional versions address steel down-gauging as well as twist off crown applications. Our laser marking versions support beverage promotion strategies. Oil free grades are also available. Tested by Nehring and VLB Berlin Odour and taste of a mineral water stored in a light box and sealed with a crown cork lined with EPSeal 100 had no taste or odour deviation.
