SPIROL offers Disc Springs pre-stacked in custom configurations (greased or ungreased) packaged in shrink wrap with a perforated tab for ease of insertion into the assembly. The Pre-Stacked Disc Springs are delivered intact which saves time, mistake-proofs the assembly process, and eliminates the mess associated with greasing the stack. Filling: The pre-opened bags-on-a-roll are opened manually or automatically by air blast and they are filled while still hanging on the roll. After filling, the bag is teared off and sealed. Lateral cardboard disks ensure the steady and exact unwinding of the roll. Holes can be punched in the bags, allowing air to escape during the packing process. The back of the bag can be coloured for better visibility of the bag’s content. A vertical tear-off perforation helps to re-open the filled bags. Sizes of 0.8mm coils of pre-painted Galvalu Pre-painted Galvalum coils with a thickness of 0.8mm are available in various widths to meet the specific requirements of different applications. These coils are commonly used in the construction and manufacturing industries, particularly for roofing, siding, and other weather-resistant surfaces. Available widths: - 600mm - 800mm - 1000mm - 1200mm - 1500mm These size variations allow flexibility in application, allowing the pre-painted Galvalum coils to be tailored to different construction and production projects.

To improve the filtration performance, the innovative filter solution FIBALON®skimmy is recommended. FIBALON®skimmy consists of a fiber combination of different polymer fibers with specially designed surface structures and different fiber cross-sections. The developed dynamic fiber fixation Dyfix® guarantees a high particle retention rate and a deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed. Due to the unique fiber combination, FIBALON®skimmy retains finer particles than the skimmer basket. This relieves the entire filter system in addition. She spherical shape guarantees the optimal adaption to all skimmer sizes up to 25cm (9,84 inch) diameter. The spherical shape of the innovative FIBALON® filter material remains even with complete loading. The special net ensures an optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter elements. Moreover, the net acts as protective shield. The welding seams, as well as the mesh are extremely resistant to chemicals and chlorine.

Coated and un-coated manufactured special cables and wires made from a variety of raw materials can be used in various safety, control and attenuator elements in automotive engineering. We stock a wide, extremely varied, range of connection components in a variety of designs, sizes and materials, such as brass, tinplated copper, aluminium and stainless steel. Our products are made to customer specifications, in order to best meet their requirements (including breaking strength, elongation, flexing properties, corrosion resistance, DC resistance, low twist and low tension design, workability). Our manufacturing processes are permanently monitored and secured using appropriate procedures. As standard, we use both galvanised and stainless steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10 264 with nominal strength of over 3000 Mpa with adequate ductility. We also use the non-corroding materials 1.4301 (AISI 304), 1.4310 (AISI 301) and 1.4401 (AISI 316) as standard.
