The SPIROL Model HP Pneumatic Heat Insert Driver provides an accurate and consistent method to install virtually any type of Heat/Ultrasonic Style Insert into thermoplastic assemblies. As much as 75% of an Insert’s performance is the direct result of how well it was installed. Therefore, in order to maximize performance, all of the factors that impact installation must be carefully controlled. SPIROL’s Model HP Pneumatic Heat Insert Driver has been designed to eliminate the dependency on the operator to control the factors of time, temperature and pressure to ensure nearly perfect flow of the plastic for optimal retention and performance. The Model HP Pneumatic Heat Insert Driver installs Inserts ranging in size from M2 – M8 metric threads and #2 – 3/8 unified threads.

Install just one Compression Limiter into one assembly, or several Limiters across multiple assemblies simultaneously for increased productivity. The Model CP’s quick-change tooling creates the flexibility to adapt the platform to a variety of products within seconds. The Model CP has a 230mm x 280mm (9”x11”) work area and is built on a rigid steel frame with high-precision shafting and linear bearings resulting in smooth operation, precise positioning, repeatability, and durability. Electrically controlled pilot valves for direct mounting on pneumatic valve actuators.

Compact valve manifolds with low piping effort, reduced maintenance time and minimize investment costs. A connection system well known from the field of hydraulics and adapted to the respective application, allows for the intelligent combination of several valves in a customerspecific manifold. All necessary connections between the individual process valves are integrated in the manifold.

Volume booster for large pneumatic actuators to reduce the positioning times. Simple and universal mounting possible with NAMUR mounting plate. Through adjustable gain, the booster can be adapted to the capacity of the actuator.
