Die Velabran GmbH wurde in 2015 von der Beteiligungs-und Betriebsgesellschaft Bautzen mit der Herstellung eines neuen Eingangsgebäudes für den Saurierpark Bautzen (Kleinwelka) beauftragt. Dieser Generalunternehmer-Auftrag beinhaltete den Bau des „Mitoseum“ (Zellteilung) aus 3 verschieden großen Kuppeln, die höchste mit 23 m. Velabran GmbH entwickelte gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Ingenieuren ein innovatives technisches System zur Herstellung der Stahlstuktur, da die Geometrie des Gebäudes sehr komplex ist. In 4 Monaten Bauzeit (ohne Rohbau und Fundamentierung) konnte dieses ambitionierte Bauvorhaben verwirklicht werden. Es wird eine Grundfläche von 850 m² überspannt.
