Filling: The pre-opened bags-on-a-roll are opened manually or automatically by air blast and they are filled while still hanging on the roll. After filling, the bag is teared off and sealed. Lateral cardboard disks ensure the steady and exact unwinding of the roll. Holes can be punched in the bags, allowing air to escape during the packing process. The back of the bag can be coloured for better visibility of the bag’s content. A vertical tear-off perforation helps to re-open the filled bags. Applications: pre-opened bags on a roll are used wherever many small pieces have to be packed within a short time, e.g. in industries such as automotive, toys, plumbing parts, electronics, metal hardware, household products, medical and health care Order Quantity & Printing: Like all our packaging solutions, we offer our bags-on-a-roll in nearly every quantity, from small series to large production, printed with up to 10 colours or unprinted – directly from the manufacturer!

Production to order – also with special-purpose materials as required: We only produce in accordance with customer specifications. Compression springs can assume a wide variety of designs and forms. Our production facilities include compression springs with wire thicknesses in the range of 0.30 to 3.00 mm with abraded ends and in the range of 0.10 to 4.00 mm with unabraded ends. Even extremely strict tolerances regarding length and strength are adhered to in our compression spring production facility. Special-purpose materials that meet specific requirements can also be integrated into production without any problems. Wire materials: All standard spring steel wires in accordance with EN 10270. Non-ferrous wires made of copper, brass and bronze. Special alloys such as: Hasteloy, CuNi44, NbZr1, TaW2. Other materials on request.

Wood Wax L is an impervious, open-pore and vapor permeable coat. It protects against graying and soiling and penetrates well. Swelling and shrinkage are reduced.

Suitable for treatment of wood, plaster, masonry and clinker surfaces as well as oiling of canvases and priming agent for oil paint. Linseed Oil Varnish is a natural wood preserver and offers a durable and open-pore coat for these materials. Our product is pure, free of resin and toxic agents, it produces an impregnating layer and highlights the grain.

Suitable for domestic and exotic wood such as oak, cedar, larch, douglas fir, bangkirai, kambal, robinia and others. Deck Oil preserves and protects any wood outdoors. Ideal for terraces, wooden decks and garden furniture. It offers long-term protection against UV-rays and weather damages, while being abrasion-resistant, free of toxic agents and odorless when dry.

Suitable for all wood indoors and outdoors, where particularly durable paint is desired such as wooden facades, balconies, windows and window shutters, fences, pergolas, wooden shingles, garden furniture and garden houses, carports, furniture, etc. Opaque Wood Paint is equally well suited for all types of wood. The product is also ideal for renovating old open-pore paints and weathered wood surfaces. The opaque, open-pore and durable wood coating has proved itself under extreme weather conditions at sea and in the mountains. Opaque Wood Paint is free of biocides and preservatives, which makes it also suitable for indoors. Opaque Wood Paint is of highest caliber and easy to use.
