Aerofil offers superior quality Ceiling filter media for automotive paint spray booths, powder coating and other surface treatment lines. These filter media are made up of nonwoven polyester fibers with scrim backing and fully impregnated to hold the dust particles to the full depth of the media. Available in rolls and cuttosize pads.

Aero Pac GC is a new generation pocket lter used in removing pollutants from air combined with odor removal. Filter media used is a combination of Fiberglass media along with carbon. These are mainly recommended for use in heavily polluted areas commercial buildings, residential buildings, shopping malls, schools, public places etc.

AERO FLOW, medium to high efficiency extended surface deep pleated rigid box filters are manufactured from a new generation range of inherently antimicrobial, high lofted synthetic fiber filter media or micro fine glass fiber filter media. It is capable of removing contaminants from the air stream and is an ideal fine filter for HVAC systems.

The combination of different fiber diameters allows us to design and manufacture progressive filter media in 3D. Our filter media products are exclusively manufactured on production machines designed and built inhouse. Thus we can offer a high flexibility as well as possible customized developments.We offer various media series for different areas of applications (for example automotive, HVAC, industrial and medical applications).

In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

In the tried-and-tested, gasketed design, the EC-series offers many benefits to the user on top of its ease of operation. Due to the internal drainage, use in even the most hygienically clean areas is possible. The press lock is performed by an automatically self-regulating pneumatic/hydraulic closing system. The automatic closing pressure maintenance ensures that the plate pack always remains closed. An adjustable pressure switch with a potential-free contact is provided for integration into the customer's control system. This prevents the feeding pump from running uncontrollably. Also, as with all AQUACHEM filter presses, the discharge manifold can be generated here at the customer's request. Due to the gasketed design, the seamless backflushing of the filter media in the filter press is possible. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated, offering a high level of protection against external influences.

Hybrid filters represent a new generation of filters based on a proprietary and patented pleat technology. We use the most recent 3layer filter media design, which means each layer features its own characteristics. We offer this unique filter generation as a substitute product for standard bag filters and panelfilters. Our filters are tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ahsrae 52.2).

The optimal package size and shape of FIBALON®compact facilitates the handling. The innovative and patented polymer fiber filter consists of a combination of different polymer fibers with diverse surface structures and special fiber cross sections according to latest scientific findings. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter medias surface area. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. We developed also the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON®compact is the ideal replacement for smaller cartridges in Whirlpools, SPAs, Jacuzzis and for set-up pools. It is easier to clean and more long living than cartridges. Even the filtration is better than common filters.

To improve the filtration performance, the innovative filter solution FIBALON®skimmy is recommended. FIBALON®skimmy consists of a fiber combination of different polymer fibers with specially designed surface structures and different fiber cross-sections. The developed dynamic fiber fixation Dyfix® guarantees a high particle retention rate and a deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed. Due to the unique fiber combination, FIBALON®skimmy retains finer particles than the skimmer basket. This relieves the entire filter system in addition. She spherical shape guarantees the optimal adaption to all skimmer sizes up to 25cm (9,84 inch) diameter. The spherical shape of the innovative FIBALON® filter material remains even with complete loading. The special net ensures an optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter elements. Moreover, the net acts as protective shield. The welding seams, as well as the mesh are extremely resistant to chemicals and chlorine.

FIBALON®compact pro deluxe is THE universal filter solution „Made in Germany“ for your whirlpool, Jacuzzi or spa. The selected spherical shape, the special packaging size and the specially developed protective grid made of V4A stainless steel, enable a universal use with unique filter performance. The curvature of the grid ensures a full faced flow through the filter media bed and guarantees best cleaning results. AERO Pac P filters are medium to high efficiency extended surface selfsupporting Pocket (bag) filters made of super fine synthetic (Polyester) filter media. The progressive density multilayered fiber arrangement offers excellent filtration performance combined with very high dust holding capacity.

Aero Panel GPF model features Panel filters in Glass fiber media. GPF type filters are Pad and Frame design wherein the filter frame has apermanent heavy duty grid on air exit side and with a removable mesh arrangement in the air entry. This ensures replacing the padsonly when required and hence is an economical solution.

AERO POLYPLEAT filters are cleanable / washable panel filters made up of non woven, high lofted synthetic (polyester) filter media and are available in various efficiency grades ranging from G2 to F5. AERO POLY PLEAT filters offer very high dust arrestance and dust holding capacity than the other types of similar grade panel filters.

AEROMetallic filters are permanent filters with layers of aluminium slit and expanded into mesh of differing densities, encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. FLA9 model filters are washable type panel filters made up of 9 ply aluminium filter media in single layer or two layers, encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. FLA12 model filters follow the similar construction, but use a 12 ply filter media to enhance the filtration and dust holding capacity.

AEROPLEAT filters are disposable type Pleated Panels which offers extended surface filtration, designed to suit a wide variety of HVAC applications including Hospitals, Pharmaceutical firms, Food processing units etc. The AEROPLEAT filters are available in various efficiency range from 20% to 60% (Ave. Dust Spot Efficiency).The filter media is an exclusive grade of nonwovens cotton / polyester blend supported by a diamond wire grid lamination having 98% open area.
