The CTL is the ultimate choice when looking for a laser that is widely and continuously tunable without any mode-hops. It has high power, a narrow linewidth and low drift. Scans can be performed with highest resolution. Mode-hops are prevented by an innovative opto-mechanical design (patent US9960569B2) together with an active feedback loop called SMILE (Single Mode Intelligent Loop Engine) that keeps the laser on the same mode at all times. With the fully digital, low noise and drift DLC pro controller, the CTL laser is easy to use and operate via touch-screen and knobs as well as via remote PC GUI and command language (Python SDK). With firmware 2.0.3 (free updates available), DLC CTL now includes a test system for characterizing components or recording spectra.

Our DL pro is the ultimate tunable diode laser. Its revolutionary mechanical design allows for both easy operation and extreme stability at the same time. It offers highest output powers, and optimized mode-hop-free tuning with a perfectly positioned virtual pivot point for the grating movement (Patents: DE 10 2007 028 499 and US 7970024). Together with the digital control DLC pro controller it shows unrivalled linewidth and drift – with the most comfortable and intuitive user interface. Also available with the economic SYST laser electronics. A software license may be purchased to enable frequency-locking features.

PERO units offer efficient cleaning mechanics and reliable process control. According to the Sinner's Circle, the cleaning result is determined by four basic variables. By adjusting and combining these interrelated variables, it is possible to optimise any cleaning process. Good mechanical design of a cleaning unit optimises the mechanics of the process, which generally means that cleaning is completed in less time and with less resources.

Interface electronics from HEIDENHAIN adapt the encoder signals to the interface of the subsequent electronics. They are used when the subsequent electronics cannot directly process the output signals from HEIDENHAIN encoders, or if additional interpolation of the signals is necessary. HEIDENHAIN interface electronics are available in various mechanical designs. Version for integration There are also versions of the interface electronics intended for integration in existing electronics. These pluggable boards must be protected against electrical and physical influences. The IDP series consists of pure interpolation and digitizing electronics, and is intended for integration as input assemblies in non-HEIDENHAIN electronics.

Top-hat rail design The interface electronics for top-hat rail mounting are suited for operation in an electrical cabinet with simple fastening on a standard DIN rail.

HEIDENHAIN interface electronics are available in various mechanical designs. Box design Because of their high IP 65 degree of protection, interface electronics with a box design are well suited for a rough industrial environment, for example where machine tools operate. The inputs and outputs are equipped with robust M23 and M12 connecting elements. The stable cast-metal housing offers protection against physical damage as well as against electrical interference. The EXE/IBV 100 series distinguishes itself from the EXE/IBV 600 series primarily in its compact dimensions.

The FHx58 family is ideally suited for use in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and offshore applications. Encoders are available in two sensor technologies: Optoelectronic: incremental encoder (FHI58) 3D Hall: absolute encoder (FHB58 & FHS58) The high-class mechanical encoder design is independent of the installed sensor technology. High-quality ball bearings allow shaft loads up to 100 N. The dead-space-free sealing and bearings elements guarantee a wobble free shaft operation and ensures that no impurities can infiltrate. The FHx58 can be cleaned with high pressure and steam jets (IP67/P69k). The stainless steel encoder body which is specially surface-treated in combination with PTFE, TPE sealing elements allow that the FHx58 can be used in applications with high hygienic standards. Precisely it is this design which allows to operate the FHx58 also in salty atmospheres permanently or to clean the encoder with cleaning-fluids containing acids and chemicals.
