reflectCONTROL Automotive enables the fully automatic inspection of painted car bodies. The robotic systems enable the detection, three-dimensional measurement and classification of typical paint defects such as inclusions, craters, runners, etc. This enables robot-based automatic processing of the defects, up-stream analysis to identify the sources of defects, and laser-based marking for possible manual processing of the defects. The reflectCONTROL systems consist of sensor, robot, computer and software and interface package. Depending on the requirements, different versions of the system are available, which are configured depending on the customer's needs. The number of reflectCONTROL sensors and robots required can be flexibly adapted to the required throughput.

thermoMETER CTLaser pyrometers are used for both industrial measurements and R&D. Two laser beams mark the measurement spot which ensures precise temperature measurements. The smallest measurement spot is 0.5 mm. The thermoMETER CTLaser infrared pyrometers can be used with various measuring objects. From extremely low temperatures (-50°C) to the highest temperatures (975°C), these IR pyrometers measure precisely and reliably.

TPE Sealing Compounds for closures using the out shell liner moulding system The EPSeal 700 series for PP or PE closures is designed for the special requirements of the out shell moulding liner system. There are versions for both carbonated soft drinks and the premium segment of mineral waters where very low migration is required. Sealing compounds for crown corks The EPSeal 100 series is designed for crown corks and can be used for carbonated beverages including lemonades, beer, mineral water, juices and milk based drinks. Different versions accommodate all the beverage processing systems including sterilisation. Additional versions address steel down-gauging as well as twist off crown applications. Our laser marking versions support beverage promotion strategies. Oil free grades are also available. Tested by Nehring and VLB Berlin Odour and taste of a mineral water stored in a light box and sealed with a crown cork lined with EPSeal 100 had no taste or odour deviation. The crown corks lined with EPSeal 100 were classified as Type A according to the STLB. Download EPSeal Product Guide
