Our highly flexible drain hoses are fully corrugated, expandable or fitted with integrated cuff sections to establish the best connections. They feature excellent chemical resistance and can be supplied fitted with standard connector adaptors. Available materials/maximum operating temperature: PP / -40°C - + 105°C other materials available upon request Application: sanitary applications (kitchen sink faucets, water trap, overflow pipe etc.)

The GP 150 consists of a modular cage system with variable width and height for large profile channels (circular, egg, box profiles as well as profiles with dry weather channel). It is designed to enable the user to process a corresponding profile size with as few components and assembly work as possible. With only five plug-in connections and three screw connections, a maximum body size of DN 4,000 can be achieved.

The PowerJet series with single or double jet is particularly suitable for cleaning water-bearing pipes and ducts. The increase in working performance with low energy input is due to the novel implementation of the available performance variables such as pressure and volume flow. Even with a volume flow of 280 l/min. and 130 bar, large quantities of loose material (stones, sand, sludge and paper/cellulose) can be transported efficiently. This cleaning method also makes it easy to maintain and preserve old sewer systems (the latter is in line with municipal requirements). Any industrial water can be used to drive the system. The use with water recovery is problem-free.

Old heating systems often have problems: The entry of oxygen and dirt as well as limescale into the heating system causes oxidation on the in-ner walls of the heaters and pipes. The result is black heating sludge or “black water”, which settles in the pipes. Malfunctions and a reduced heat output are the negative results. The solution The innovative filtration system FIBALON® professional hotbox enables the heating water filtration in a closed system without installation effort. The polymer fiber filter FIBALON® tool, developed especially for the filtration of heating sludge, works similar to all innovative FIBALON® products and systems. The innovative FIBALON® solution removes heating sludge in a reverse filtration circuit. Metallic and non-metallic particles up to a size of 10 µm are filtered out. New filter material can easily be refilled. The FIBALON® professional hotbox also guarantees a continuously high and efficient heat output in old heating systems.

Every brush has water pipe inside the brush so that in use with the Dina or Nova Cleaning Gun there is a continuous water & air flow circulating through the brush. The brushes are made out of Nylon and the thread is made of stainless steel. It is possible to dissemble the brushes by hand and sterilize them.
