The slimline probe LMP 305 with silicon stainless steel sensor is designed for continous level measurement in confined space conditions. Permissible media are clean or waste water and thin fluids. A piezoresistiv stainless steel sensor with low thermal error, an excellent linearity and a long term stability, is basis of LMP 305. The pressure transmitter DMK 351P has been designed for measuring small system pressure in the food industry and chemical industry. The DMK 351P is based on an own-developed capacitive ceramic sensor element. It features high overpressure resistance and high resistance against most of aggressive media. A variety of different process and electrical connections and an intrinsically safe version complete the range of possibilities. Because of the thermal sensitiveness of products, this separation method is applicable. The medium which is to be distilled is exposed only for a very short time to the heating substances because the film, which is created by the wiper, can evaporate very quickly. The residence time of medium on the heating surface is a matter of seconds, thus essentially less than in a reboiler flask, circulating evaporator etc. Evaporators in borosilicate glass 3.3 are available with heat exchange areas 0.02…0.8 m². Alternative design versions in stainless steel for higher throughputs are available upon request. Please equire.

The F02 has been designed for application in systems which require a pressure transmitter with a Performance Level PL d or a Safety Integrity Level of SIL 2. It has a thin-film measurement cell made from stainless steel which is welded together with the pressure sensor and thus guarantees high media compatibility. It is available within pressures from 10 to 1200 bar. The output signal is made available at two outputs in parallel, whereby the second output represents an inverted signal. Users can select between a ratiometric and an 4-20-mA output in three-wire technology. The permitted media temperature range extends from -40…+125 °C. The total accuracy in the compensated range of 0…+80 °C lies at <= 1 % FS. The possible flexibility during integration into an existing machine is ensured through the provision of a multitude of available pressure connections as well as the small construction. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. The F02 also has E1 approval.
