IFA Technology supplies customised plants and systems for the food and luxury food industry up to complete turnkey solutions. Reproducibility and accuracy are the hallmarks of our plants and systems in the food industry and the luxury food industry. Another focus is on hygiene and diligence: Plants from IFA Technology are made of high quality stainless steel and use food grade materials and FDA approved (Food and Drug Administration) components. The plant components and their functions are adapted to the necessary requirements of the end customers and fulfil the requirements of the specific certifications.

What you can see is easier to understand. Therefore we visualise IFA Technology plants and systems with "WinCC", "WinCC Flexible", "WinCC TIA", "InTouch" or "Panelview". Special programs are also possible. These tools provide a reliable interface between the user and the machine (user interface) and allow a quick overview of the most important control parameters of the plant or system. The integrated error reporting system facilitates troubleshooting and reduces the time required for this to a minimum. Language toggling allows the operator to choose between different languages for the user interface.

We attach great importance to ease of operation and versatile plant functions. The control technology of our plants and the regulation technology for fully automated systems is always executed with the highest degree of accuracy and care. The communication between the plants and systems (PLC/PC/panels) can be implemented with various interfaces such as Profinet, Profibus, ASi-bus, Ethernet network, etc. Remote maintenance or connection to an ERP system via the Internet are also possible.

IFA Technology considers your individual requirements on waste water treatment and builds customised flocculent systems for you. Flocculent systems for waste water treatment can be used for various fields of application - from the dosing of additives to the filtration of the flocculent. Such a flocculent system can, for instance, be used as a fully automated three-chamber system to produce a solution from dry polyelectrolytes. Flocculent systems from IFA Technology are always implemented according to your individual wishes. In addition to stationary systems, container solutions are also possible.

The range of IBC container filling systems and IBC container emptying systems from IFA Technology is versatile and ranges from small individual stations to large shelves offering space for several IBC containers. We consider your individual requirements and build customised IBC container filling stations and IBC container emptying stations for you. Our systems enable, for instance, automatic emptying and switching over of containers or the recording of filling levels. For this we consider the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and the ATEX directive of the European Union.

IFA Technology offers you suitable systems for filling and/or emptying tank trucks - both for dry bulk materials and for liquids. For this purpose, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems or pumps are for instance used. We consider your individual requirements and build customised tank filling systems and tank emptying systems for you. We develop holistic solutions that are tailored to your requirements and can be integrated into the control of your production process with the appropriate sensor technology. This enables optimum functionality and operating safety.

Our production facilities are fully up to date. Thanks to the adjustable design of our lines, we can easily implement special solutions. High-performance placement machines by ASM with short setup times and high flexibility form the backbone of our automated SMD placement systems. Our services also include assembly of THR components (pin-in-paste technology). Extensive monitoring systems and built-in cameras ensure high precision in the placement process.

Success is hidden in the bowl - the separator spindle. Powerful drive motors ensure high availability of the centrifuge. This efficiency combined with quiet running sets standards in separation technology worldwide. The soft-shot system, specially designed by Flottweg, performs acoustically hardly perceptible solids discharge. Depending on the customer's requirements, it can be set as desired whether partial or full discharges are to be carried out in order to achieve higher product yields. In addition, it is possible to set the discharge times to a tenth of a second.

Pattern and distortion control The leading pattern detection system using camera technology. The repetitions of printed, woven or tufted patterns are evaluated according to certain algorithms and are used for measuring, correcting and evaluating distortions and patterns. The system uses one or two cameras, depending on the width of the product, to detect the position of the pattern and automatically and continuously determine the pattern repeat, as well as the product width, and together with a straightening machine align the product distortion based on the recognized pattern.

colorCONTROL ACS7000 is one of the most advanced inline color measuring systems in the world. Unlike conventional technologies, this system recognizes colors not just by comparing them to reference values, but also by using the reflection spectrum to ensure unique identification. Due to its very high measurement speed, the colorCONTROL ACS7000 is suitable for applications where colors and shades have to be examined on-the-fly and to very high accuracies. Due to the extremely high measurement accuracy, the system is also applied in laboratories, e.g. in industrial Research and Development. Different sensor models are available to suit various measurement tasks.
