Every year, Germany produces around 10 million tonnes of cardboard and paperboard for the packaging industry. After their use, these items of cardboard packaging and boxes must then be reduced in volume before passing through the recycling process. This volume reduction step is performed by recycling companies and public recycling depots or in cardboard packaging and corrugated board factories. Reasons for volume reduction: For these requirements, ERDWICH has developed a specialised product range – the EKZ and FKZ cardboard shredders – which can be supplied in a range of sizes. The ERDWICH plant items have been designed as a perfect match for downstream transportation systems. The EKZ has two shafts with independent drives: one high-speed shredder shaft and one slow-speed feed-in shaft. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP transport platform is the new powerhouse from GEDA. Thanks to the innovative GEDA SVARIO-MAST system, the transport platform is guided on only one mast and has a load capacity of 2500 kg. This makes it easy to transport heavy construction materials to their place of use up to a height of 200 m. The comfortable and large platform with dimensions of 1.45 m x 3.55 m can transport construction materials and up to 7 passengers quickly and safely. The extremely high platform (2.60 m) makes transporting bulky goods easy. For loading the platform on a lorry, the roof can simply be lowered to 2.10 m. With two separate controls, the GEDA 2500 Z/ZP can be used simply as a material hoist with a lifting speed of 40 m/min or as a transport platform for passengers and materials with a lifting speed of 12 m/min. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP expands the versatile transport platform range and offers another solution for the individual conditions at your construction site.

The GEDA 2 PK is a rack and pinion hoist with aluminium ladder segments. Its flexible system allows for the hoist to be installed to any kind of crane up to a standard height of 150 m (higher heights on request). This makes it a safe and quick transport system for crane conductors and maintenance personnel and materials. Its overspeed safety brake guarantees safe transport. Electrical safety devices prevent faulty operation. You can control the hoist from the control board in the car. (option: control to be changed to the outside or to the car). When the car is opened, a small ramp with lateral protection will open, too, forming a safe transition to the car together with the access enclosure. In order to put on the mast segments, the roof has to be opened. The lightweight ladder segments can be easily installed in a safe way. These are connected without bolts, with the help of a patented quick lock system.

The LeviSolar-Gripper enables contactless gripping and depositing of solar wafers. Our technology guarantees the ultragentle and ultra-clean handling of the sensitive surfaces. When gripping the wafer, a combination of vacuum and ultrasound is used. The vacuum provides the attraction of the wafer and the ultrasound keeps the workpiece, with its repelling effect, at distance. Thus, no points of contact occur between the wafer and the gripper, and gentle handling is ensured. The LeviSolar-Gripper is available for different wafer sizes. The edge stops support the wafer to center itself and to stay in position. With the LeviWafer-Gripper Transport system it is possible, to lift and transport sensitive Wafers contactless. In combination with the transport, (un)loading of stacks and cassettes is also possible. The gripper uses ultrasonic bearing technology to keep the wafer at a distance, thus enabling contactless transport. In addition to micro-scratches and -cracks, contamination by particles is avoided since without compressed air no air turbulence is created. Therefore, the gripper is also very suitable for clean rooms. The LeviWafer-Gripper can be designed with a single or double paddle. The modular Waferhandling-System facilitates all possible handling processes of wafers. Loading and unloading, conveying, gripping, inspecting, sorting and singulating can be realized in one system. With the LinearOverhead-Transportsystem it is possible to lift and transport sensitive materials contact-free from above. The LinearOverhead-Transport-System uses negative pressure together with ultrasound, which enables contactless linear transport of components on the top side. With this system, the workpieces can be lifted from above and guided along defined lines. Besides the linear transport, the topside conveyor can be combined with other systems to provide inspecting and sorting, as well as singulation of the substrate. The NASH Vectra XL series of liquid ring pumps was designed to operate as both a vacuum pump and a compressor with a maximum pressure differential of 30 psig. This allows a negative pressure to be applied to the wells and can: assist in the production of low pressure natural gas and/or remove low pressure gas to aid in the production of oil. The discharge gas can be sent to a high pressure reciprocating compressor for pipeline transport. The systems are built on a platform that can be moved from well to well as needed.
