The circular sensor ACS2 is used for colour measurement of structured and highly reflective surfaces as well as lustrous metals. In the sensor, 24 lighting optics are circularly arranged around the receiving optics and provide a constant lighting permitting that the measurement can be executed independently from the angular position of the measurement object. There are two ACS2 versions with different measurement distance and spot size.

For tire production, tread strips are cut from the extruded strip material. The system TLS 8303.I is applied in the extrusion line to measure the length of the strips immediately after the cutting machine in order to ensure a secure production process in high quality.

In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Strip materials: Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Cold-rolled strips, Slit strips. Non-ferrous strips: Brass, Copper,Bronze,Special alloys such as K55 or K75. Strip coatings: Tin-plated, Galvanised, Silver-plated, Gold-plated, Painted, Partial coatings, Special coatings on request.

The Metzner AM 5000 range includes the flagship models for precise processing of thick cables up to 240 mm² section and 35 mm diameter. The Metzner AM 1000 is a sensation among the tabletop units. The automatic cutting and stripping machine processes cables, strands and wires up to 9 mm diameter and 6mm² cable cross-section with a special cutting and pull-off force (optional 10 mm², depending on material). The presettings are conveniently made via the modern 12" touch panel, where the operator can define all processes. Thanks to the sensors for diameter and material recognition, the AM 1000 works extremely precisely. Another special feature is the tool-free replacement of guides and rollers. This means that the AM 1000 can be changed over in just one minute. With the extensive interface preparation, the machine can be optimally expanded with peripheral devices and adapts to all customer requirements. The compact design with retractable touch-screen and the low weight of only 28 kg also offer special comfort. This makes the AM 1000 especially easy to transport.
