Several bunched single wires or bundles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.005 mm² to 630 mm². Those single wires do not hold a fixed position inside the strand. Their position relative to one another undergoes a permanent change along the entire length of the bunch. The construction of a bunch is derived from the cross-section required, which leads to the electrical conductor featuring a certain resistance level. Different cross-sections with the same resistance value can be generated by applying single wires of varying sizes. Owing to their good efficiency our bunched single wires are versatile in a multitude of applications in cables and conductors.

Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 630 mm². The individual wires are subject to an exact positioning around a core wire, which ensures an all-out uniform structure. Concentric strands are particularly appropriate for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials (extrusions). 7-end strands are especially suited for data cables with high frequencies of transmission. The technical qualities of a concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 16 mm². LEONI has had its manufacturing process specifically dedicated to this type of product patented. LEONI smooth bunches boast an exceptionally compact and precise round structure and have a very good Flex life. They are particularly suitable for moving applications and for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials benefitting from a long flex life as well as weight and space efficiency.

Compacted material terminals made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, in bare and tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated upon request, in hard or soft annealed. Cross-section ranging from 1 mm² to 95 mm² depending on welding area. Compact welded terminals of different copper strands can be automated processed. A production of individual parts is possible as well as large-scale production. Resistance welded strands by LEONI are particularly suitable for high-voltage battery connectors, for high power connectors, for switch contacts and for special applications.
