The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. The sensor generates a standardized, compatible, linearized and temperature-compensated output signal. Existing dosing systems can be easily extended and protected with the pressure sensor. The flowscreen is a robust evaluation device for applications in various fields of application. In combination with the pressure sensor flowplus16, a complete system for fluid process monitoring is created. Thanks to standardized signals and standardized connections, the components can also be integrated as individual components. SPIROL manufactures several different styles of Post Mould Installed Compression Limiters for installation into the plastic component after the molding process is complete. Installing Compression Limiters after the plastic has cooled typically results in the lowest total installed cost since there is no added cycle time associated with placing the Compression Limiters over core pins during the moulding process. Post mould installed Compression Limiters also eliminate any concern with damaging the mould due to improperly positioned components. GEDA's “electrical scaffold“, the mast climbing platforms GEDA MCP 750 (single mast platform) and MCP 1500 (twin mast platform) are convincing in many ways. Contrary to ordinary platforms, these mast climbing platforms are easy to handle. They can be assembled and dismantled without any problems. For the assembly of the pedestal, grid-supports for standard scaffold components, scaffold coatings, guardrails and toe boards are used. This means economic use in several ways. One of the wonderful features of the liquid ring pump is that it can be operated with a multitude of different fluids. A self-contained oil sealed system has a number of benefits over a traditional water sealed system: It eliminates water usage and disposal costs; it allows you to install it in remote locations where water may not be available; it allows you to attain higher vacuum levels than with water; it can prevent the condensing or dissolving of a process gas; it permits anhydrous processing with a liquid ring pump. Self contained system complete with off of the components for your basic operating needs. Standard components include: pump, TEFC motor, coupling or v-belt drive, drive guard, separator with oil mist eliminator, air cooled heat exchanger, recirculated seal line controls and high temperature alarm switch. Options include: inlet isolation valve, inlet check valve, vacuum relief valve, inlet filter, control panel and system skid plate. An oil sealed liquid ring system is more tolerant of carryover and wear, and it provides quiet operation. The oil is not required for lubrication which means it can operate at extremely long intervals between oil changes, easily going more than 10,000 hours with no down time. Aside from a periodic oil and filter change, the system can run for years with no scheduled maintenance. If your process requires very deep vacuum, Gardner Denver Nash has the solution. Using a two-stage liquid ring pump in an oil sealed system, vacuum levels lower than 10 Torr (29.6" HgV) can be attained.
