With laser generation, components are built up layer by layer from powdered metallic materials used in serial production such as 1.2709 steel or 1.4543 steel. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, this enables us to transfer your computer-generated 3D/CAD models reliably over to their physical form. Here, thin coats of the powder materials are applied to a base object before being melted using a laser into the desired contour. This process is continued on a revolving basis until the workpiece is complete with the final geometric form and the relevant functional properties. Incidentally, we reclaim excess powder material during this process and use all of it for later productions again. Our services in sample development also include technical springs, which we produce in small batches for your sample application. Traditional sample development services are a new addition to our portfolio. Here, we produce a small-scale series of your bent strip parts from original materials.

The optoCONTROL CLS1000 optoelectronic fiber optic sensor is suitable for use in automation thanks to its variable switching outputs. The CLS1000 is used for reliable position monitoring as well as for position and presence detection. The fiber optic sensor comprises a CFS sensor and a CLS1000 controller. The wide detection and operating ranges of up to 2000 mm make the fiber optic sensor ideal for the detection of components even at great distances. Due to the small design of the CFS sensors, the CLS1000 optoelectronic fiber optic sensor series is particularly suitable for use in confined installation spaces.

Compressed air blade To monitor the progress of certain processes, there is no alternative but to take frequent samples at the machine itself. This is normally possible only while the product is either moving slowly or stopped, and often results in complicated work-arounds to enable continual production (continuously running winders, etc.). The Samplecut FSC is the solution to the problem. The tried and tested sample cutter Samplecut FSC takes samples from fast running product.

The MDS-40-LP sensors are specially designed for large volume production from 2,000 pieces or more. As these sensors are reduced to pure measurement technology, the creation of cost-effective PCB sensors was possible. Their flat design and flexible arrangement of the magnets allows easy integration in restricted spaces. Measured values are output via a rectangular signal, which is easily evaluated via, for example, digital inputs from micro-controllers.

Fully Automated/Computerized Distillation System for fractionating of crude oil samples, atmospheric residues resp. vacuum distillations of lubricating oil samples up to very low operation pressure (high vacuum HV Operation pressures down to 0.005 mmHg, allowing fraction temperatures up to 600 °C AET). The unit is equipped with an automatic fraction collector (FC) and combined automatic fraction discharge into final receivers, which are closed automatically. The fraction volumes and weights are determined by builtin volume follower system and internal balance (included software "FCExtension" allows to operate very narrow fractions by using max. 40 receivers).
