The combination with a rotary unit extends the application possibilities of the bale clamp of KAUP even more. Because with the Rotating Bale Clamp T453 the rotating and turning of goods without palettes like cellulose bale, material bale, paper bale, waste paper bale or tobacco bale become easily possible. The insides of the clamp arms of this attachment are optimised for the respective transport purpose. Generally the fixed arms are designed with toe-in.

KAUP attachments of the class T413 designed with high visibility are mainly used for in-plant, non-palletised transportation of bales of paper, waste paper, tobacco and textiles or also boxes and containers. Pulp, foamed plastic (polystyrene) wool and Big-Bags can also be transported with specially designed clamping arms.

Based on carbon and glass fibers, we produce isotropic non-wovens with different fiber orientations and lengths. The non-wovens are made of 100% recycled materials.

According to initial estimates, in Germany about three million LCD monitors will be recycled in the year 2016. However, they often still have backlighting containing mercury and therefore have to be classified as “hazardous waste” in accordance with the German General Administrative Regulation (AVV) and registered in compliance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (Elektro G) under category 3. Whereby special conditions must ensure that no risk arises from the mercury for the environment or for humans. However, because of a lack of suitable automated procedures for the recycling of LCD monitors, it was to date only possible to dissemble the appliances laboriously by hand, with the ensuing health dangers for the workers. From now on, all our blown tubes are also available in Bio-HDPE, which is made from sugarcane. These include the product lines BlockPack, TwistPack Plus, QuadroPack or TwistPack. Selected sizes of TwistPack Plus and BlockPack are even available from stock. From the outside, the packaging made of Bio-HDPE does not differ from its conventionally manufactured "twins"that are also just as robust and flexible in use. There is still one serious difference: the production of Bio-HDPE does not cause any emissions, but on the contrary binds a whole 2.15 kilograms of CO2 per kilogram of material. Another plus: the Bio-PE used is 100% recyclable and can be fed into the material cycle together with PE based on fossil raw materials.

Recycling plastics with the Sorticanter include: ► Reduced odor because of closed system ► No influence due to the color of the solids to be sorted ► Lower thermal energy consumption, since the dewatering phase is already built into each Sorticanter. ► Minimum personnel costs, creating operating cost savings  ► Separation of mixed substances that are unsuitable for static separation (fibers) This means that no mechanical dryer (screen centrifuge) is needed. ► Processing of particles possible that are smaller than 1 mm, so no impact from fans and other interfering effects ► A low-volume circulation system reduces the consumption of fresh water, while also reducing the wastewater quantity, since contaminants are largely separated out in the Sorticanter. With a Sorticanter, it is possible to process up to 1,000 lbs or 2,500 kg of solid per hour, depending on the composition of the raw materials.
