In the fluid dynamics laboratory of our Wasserburg competence centre, we design new fan wheels and turbines and optimise existing systems for performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units. Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs. New: Development of blower systems and optimization of ventilation systems.

The preeflow® controllers simplify every dispensing process. They are perfectly matched for all dispensers within the eco-PEN, eco-DUO and eco-SPRAY series. The eco-CONTROL EC200 2.0 serves primarily to control and parameterize the preeflow® dispensers. In addition, pressure monitoring is carried out by the controller for a reliable process with precise dispensing results. The control unit can be easily integrated into fully automatic systems and meets all requirements of modern dispensing processes. The eco-CONTROL EC200 2.0 offers a compact solution with an integrated power supply unit. The control unit also offers options for pressure and temperature monitoring, 100 program memory locations and enables fast and clean storage of programs. The control unit can also be integrated with PLC systems.

1000-fold proven components of the KAUP modular design combined in a particular way: these make up KAUP Stationary Material Handling Equipment. They consist of project related system solutions which can be integrated in every production process. Our devices have already been implemented for handling bagged products such as sugar or cement. But also in goods handling and storage of consumer goods and beverages, when turning sheet metal or paper sheets for processing on both sides, our application orientated devices are in great demand. The majority of our equipment is driven by a hydraulic power unit. They can be controlled automatically, semiautomatically or manually and so optimally adjusted to the customer requirements.

Application The RCM is designed for refacing - the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the engine block, - the landing surface for the cylinder head on the cylinder liner - the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the cylinder head. Capacity Refacing diameter range 200 - 720mm Features The RCM is fitted with two motors providing a smooth cutting action. The speed of the motors is infinitely variable so that the cutting speed can be adapted to the diameter and material of the landing surface. A separate power supply unit is provided for ease of operation. A small hand-held remote control is supplied so that the operator can conveniently switch on and off the machine while watching the refacing operation. The remote control includes an emergency stop to stop the machine in case of emergency. The RCM is centered by a pilot tailored to the specific engine component to be serviced.
