Efficient inspection strategies and final functional tests are a fixed component of our quality management system. For components of the most varied shapes and with diverse electronics components, we will set up our AOI stations according to individual needs and provide reliable optical control of the overall assembly. Bow and skew detection and control The Orthopac FMC automatic straightener is the heart and core of the Orthopac. The device consists of an optical scanning system and electronic control for distortion correction. It is used primarily to detect and log residual distortions in the exit end of a system, e.g. with the stenter. Thread density can be determined at the same time. It can also be connected to external straightening machines then serving them as control unit.

The colorSENSOR CFO is a new controller for precise color detection in industrial measurement tasks. The CFO series is characterized by high color accuracy, modern interfaces and intuitive operation. CFS sensors with integrated fiber optics are connected to the controller, which can be adapted for different measurement tasks. The colorSENSOR CFO is used for color detection on interior parts such as headrests, packaging inspection or sorting by color of crown caps, closures or labels. The colorSENSOR replaces the models of the LT series.

TOPTICA’s TeraFlash smart utilizes a proprietary scheme dubbed ECOPS ("electronically controlled optical sampling"). The system comprises two synchronized femtosecond lasers, eliminating the need for a mechanical delay. This results in extremely high measurement speeds: the TeraFlash smart acquires 1600 complete terahertz waveforms per second, enabling terahertz-based thickness gauging at unprecedented speed.
