We can produce the parts you require using specific tools or on special-purpose machines. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with strip thicknesses of 0.10 to 3.00 and with strip widths of up to 100 mm – depending on the material used. The manufacturing processes that we offer include: Punching, forming, embedding, welding, bolting, riveting and mounting. We perform the assembly of small batches by hand, while larger volumes are performed automated if you so wish. Our hybrid sub-assembly production includes the over-moulding of punched parts made of wire or metal with a variety of plastics or silicones. In order to ensure that the desired braking element features optimum properties, we make use of both the temperature durability and the haptic advantages of silicone and the weight advantage of plastic when combining these materials in this fashion. Guide tube assemblies, a combination of springs and tubes, are part of the hybrid component portfolio.

High-flexible round strands and ropes made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, aluminium and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 630 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). High-flexible round strands and ropes are mainly suitable for earthing straps, connectors, conductors for low-voltage lighting and for welding technology.

Fabric tapes, braided into a tube and then flat-rolled (if needed). Made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.09 mm² to 400 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy. Suitable for earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Tubular-knitted copper tape made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in tin-plated, bare upon request, soft annealed. Single wire diameter Ø 0.10 mm, processed in 1 x 0.10 mm or 2 x 0.10 mm. Width 25 mm. For electrical shielding.

Contured fabric tapes, braided into a tube and then flat-rolled. Made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 25 mm² to 120 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by straight rectangular edges with a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and very close tolerances. There is an adjustable degree of compaction, with cross-section remaining unchanged, as well as an easy combination of different cross-sections laid on top of each other (modular system). Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Flat-knitted copper tape made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in tin-plated, bare upon request, soft annealed. Single wire diameter Ø 0.10 mm, processed in three-fold and eight-fold. Width of flat-knitted copper from 20 mm to 100 mm. For electrical shielding.

Strands with a concentric structure made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 630 mm². The individual wires are subject to an exact positioning around a core wire, which ensures an all-out uniform structure. Concentric strands are particularly appropriate for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials (extrusions). 7-end strands are especially suited for data cables with high frequencies of transmission. The technical qualities of a concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

Strands with a semi-concentric structure made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.03 mm² to 16 mm². The individual wires are subject to an exact positioning, yet without an additional core wire, which ensures an all-out uniform structure. Concentric strands are particularly appropriate for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials (extrusions). The technical qualities of a semi-concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

Semi-concentric or concentric strands with very short lay lengths and an extraordinarily smooth surface made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 16 mm². LEONI has had its manufacturing process specifically dedicated to this type of product patented. LEONI smooth bunches boast an exceptionally compact and precise round structure and have a very good Flex life. They are particularly suitable for moving applications and for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials benefitting from a long flex life as well as weight and space efficiency.

Compact braided round copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, in hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.047 mm² to 25 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Round copper braids are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very high Flex life. They are absolute free from twist and support an automatic further processing. Compact braided round copper flexibles are particularly suitable for carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches or aviation industry.

Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated or silver-plated. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.20 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.47 mm² to 50 mm² (further dimensions upon request). Square copper braids require less space in comparison to round copper braids with the same cross-section. There is a precise positioning owing to square or rectangular shape, which allows for failure-free and fully automated downstream manufacture. Squre or rectangular copper braids are characterised by very good Flex life, being absolute free from twist, a compact cutting surface, a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very long lifetime. Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles are particularly suitable for applications in carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches and aviation industry.

High-flexible copper-based ropes, enclosed by an additional braid, made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.35 mm² to 120 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Our ropes with overall braids are characterised by their good flexibility and their excellent mechanical strength. The overall braid has a vibration-reducing function and prevents unrevelling of the rope. Ropes with overall braids are mainly suitable for automotive, industrial applications and for connectors.
