Our vacuum drawer enables you to carefully prepare and naturally conserve foodstuffs. It was developed by Gronbach and is now in serial production at our site. The main advantage of the drawer over other vacuum appliances lies in its compact design and in the pressure control. Unlike most free-standing appliances, a vacuum is created not only in the bag but in the entire compartment and in this way, no pressure differences are brought to bear on the foodstuff during the creation of the vacuum. Foodstuffs with a high liquid content and even entire liquids (soups, sauces, etc) can be processed in this way. Spherical plain bearings are machine elements that can be installed immediately and are produced according to a specific standard. Since they are plain bearings, there is sliding contact between the inner and outer ring. Spherical plain bearings are ideal for rotary, tilting and swivelling movements and are insensitive to shocks, impacts and vibrations. This makes them extremely popular for load-bearing and guiding functions. You will find both maintenance-free and maintenance-required spherical plain bearings in our product range. Our maintenance-free spherical plain bearings comply with DIN ISO 12240-1, dimensional series E/G. The sliding pairing consists of a hard chrome/PTFE composite. The bearings themselves are manufactured with the tolerance group CN. These are also available in sealed versions. Modern system technology helps ensure more efficient processes. This helps to increase system performance and optimize raw material consumption, while ensuring compliance with production specifications. We develop, build, and install systems for circuit board production worldwide, providing maintenance and replacement parts for most existing systems. Processes we have handled include treatment systems for circuit board plating lines (pattern and panel plating, including in reverse pulse plating technology), as well as systems using dipping basket technology for chemical treatment (including ENIG nickel/gold, ENEPIG nickel/palladium/gold, or immersion tin). We have designed lines ranging from multi-row lines with hoists, including for double goods carriers, and integrating automatic loading and unloading stations with customized frame and chamber solutions.  

The optimal package size and shape of FIBALON®compact facilitates the handling. The innovative and patented polymer fiber filter consists of a combination of different polymer fibers with diverse surface structures and special fiber cross sections according to latest scientific findings. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter medias surface area. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. We developed also the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON®compact is the ideal replacement for smaller cartridges in Whirlpools, SPAs, Jacuzzis and for set-up pools. It is easier to clean and more long living than cartridges. Even the filtration is better than common filters.

The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON® is made even easier with our new FIBALON®rope. 8, FIBALON® nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete. For FIBALON®rope we also use our optimized fiber combination and other process innovations offers an incomparably high selectivity of 8 microns. All advantages of FIBALON®3D can be adapted and it promises an even easier handling.

FIBALON®3D offers you excellent filter performance for all common swimming pool filters. Only 350 grams of it replace 25 kilograms of filter sand or 20 kilograms of filter glass. FIBALON®3D filters particles down to 8 microns and due to its fiber fixation, it filters nearly pressure-less. Additional it is made out of recycled PET-bottles. This leads to an energy saving and environment friendly product. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter media’s surface area. We also developed the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the FIBALON® media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON® leads with minimum weight to an excellent energy balance compared to conventional filter media.
