The ViscoTec dosing and filling pump RD-Hygiene for food and cosmetics is a volumetric pump based on the continuous piston principle. It is ideally suited for discontinuous or continuous pulsation-free dosing of viscous, structure-sensitive and solids-laden media. Thanks to the high-quality ViscoTec dispensers, high-precision dosing applications can be realized in the food and cosmetics sector. Automatic control of thermal diebolts of extrusion dies The DieControl APC Pro automatically controls thermal bolts of extrusion dies according to the earlier measured cross-section profile of the material. This results in uniformly thick films, sheets or coatings even with fluctuations in the feed, material change or when starting the system. The automatic control and the extrusion close to the set point also achieve considerable material savings and quality improvement.

Optimizes finishing The Orthopac VMC is a modular process control system for textile refinement. It optimises drying or fixing processes as well as the processes all about the stenter. The system measures, logs and controls critical process parameters over the entire working width like temperature, dwell time, residual moisture, exhaust air moisture, thread density, basis weight and more. This increases quality while saving resources and energy. The modular design of the system allows its flexible adaptation to all applications. Both, standard requirements and highly customized demands are thus met. The system can also be integrated into an Orthopac straightening system. It thereby combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device.

After every successful filling of a package, it is a basic condition for precise dosing that the thread is defined and breaks off cleanly. This effect usually occurs with water-like materials - with viscous products, so called semi-solids, but often not: Many products such as creams, gels and ointments pull long threads from the tip of the dispensing needle into the respective packaging. The ViscoTec Pharma Dispensers provide a solution: After a dosing shot of the Pharma Dispenser, the product path through the chambers in the rotor-stator system is blocked, thus preventing dripping of the dosing medium. A valve at the dosing needle or at the pump is not necessary. Thanks to the reversible direction of rotation, retraction can be set after the end of dosing: The material is drawn back into the dosing needle in a defined manner.

The newly developed RUF Briklet press produces briquettes with a diameter of 30mm. The Briklet is the right choice, when a small briquette size is needed. Therefore they can be conveyed with an automatic feed. Furthermore, it automatically offsets varying grain sizes so that other materials apart from wood can be processed effortlessly. With wood chips, the RUF Briklet press can achieve a throughput rate of around 300 kg/h with a briquette density of ≥ 1 kg/l.

For every need a suitable press: All briquetting systems of the RUF LIGNUM series process residual wood at a constantly high level of quality and density – from dust to wood shavings and coarse chips. The remaining water content must be less than 15% in order to create briquettes with consistent quality and thickness. For every requirement the right format: The rectangular briquettes can therefore be perfectly stacked and bundled into packages . The briquette formats 150x60mm and 40x70mm are available. Optimized throughput rates with our LIGNUM series: All RUF LIGNUM models are highly energy effi cient thanks to their innovative RUF hydraulic system. The further improvement of the hydraulic system of the LIGNUM R2 and LIGNUM R4 has led to an effi ciency increase of around 25%. Briquetter for wood have depending on model & material throughput rates between 410and 1,050 kg/hr.

The RUF SZ1+ briquetting system presses loose wood chips into compact briquettes. The high pressure ensures a constant high quality and density. As an entrylevel model of our wood presses, the SZ1+ is available in a standard design with proven RUF technology for small capacities (30 – 60 kg/hour). The travelling circular knife machine CCM 6 cuts rigid profiles and tubes accurately to length. The CCM 6 achieves very long processing times of several seconds for excellent "final trim quality" thanks to a standard servo linear drive for the tool carrier, and at the same time extremely short cycle times of less than one second for machining short parts at high line speeds. Added to this is the servo linear drive for circular knife feed with different feed speeds for different material sections, e.g. a gentle material penetration or knife exit with low feed to reduce burr formation. High speed ranges As far as the knife speed is concerned, we offer you outstanding possibilities of alternatively 2,000 – 6,000 rpm or 4,000 – 12,000 rpm. This means that there are no limits to the use of various types of circular knives, including clamping and grinding in continuous operation. JETBOXX® plastic granulate dryers are compressed air based dry-air dryers for mounting directly on the feed section of the processing machine. The JETBOXX® technology guarantees perfect drying results thanks to plastic-specific and throughput-dependent dryer settings. The dryers are available with a volume of 30/50/75 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options from the JETBOXX® system. The JETBOXX® control provides a database for plastics, conveying control, week timer, fully automatic decrease and resume of the drying intensity when production is interrupted (overheating protection), automatic restart with preheating program in 1- or 2 shift operation, dew point measurement, speed dial programs, personal programs, and many more. Compressed air conveyors of one or two components with or without dedusting function are available. The conveying control is already included.

The JETBOXX® mini top-mounted dryers are particularly applicable where small material flow rates with the highest drying precision are required. Due to their compact design, the plastic granulate dryers can be mounted on the feed section of the injection molding machine without any difficulty. The dryers are available with a volume of 0,5/1,0/2,5/5/6/12/18 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options from the JETBOXX® system. Compressed air conveyors of one or two components with or without dedusting function are available. Filling by hand is also possible via hinged covers. The compressed air-based dryers are maintenance-free and provide professional functions such as: plastic-specific and throughput dependent dryer settings, database for plastics, conveying control, week timer, overheating protection, dew point measurement, speed dial programs, personal programs, and many more.

Mobile plastic granules dryers from the JETBOXX® system are available with a volume of 30/50/75/200 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options. They can be used anywhere, where top-mounted dryers fail because of weight / or space reasons, and flexibility is required. When changing the setting of task, the components can be combined easily or used for example as top-mounted dryers. The compressed air-based dryers are maintenance-free and provide professional functions such as: plastic-specific and throughput dependent dryer settings, database for plastics, conveying control, week timer, overheating protection, dew point measurement, speed dial programs, personal programs, and many more.

The HELIO®MAT dryer station is part of the JETBOXX® system and features an independent JETBOXX® dryer with full functionality at each individual docking station. The material can be predried in removable drying containers at the dryer station. The drying container can be removed and brought to the processing machine if needed. It will be attached directly onto the feeding section there and the dried material can be processed. If the material should be kept dry on the machine, a JETBOXX® docking plate with dryer control are used in addition. HELIO®MAT is applicable for example as pre-drying station for quick material change, as dryer station for sampling batches, for batch drying for small quantities / sampling, for laboratory applications, or for cleanroom supply with hermetically sealed dry material containers. Material change without delay. No humidification. No cleaning issues.

HELIO®Clean 2 is a combined conveying-/ mixing-/ and dedusting device for virgin material and regrind. The dust is removed through a 2-stage dedusting system. The compact design makes it ideal for mounting on the feed zone of the processing machine or on a drying container. The separated dust content is sucked out into an external collection bin. Available in 1- or 2-component version, filling is carried out by the integrated compressed air conveying technology with Venturi suction lance(s). Quality: Dust in granules causes lowered mechanical properties of technical plastic resins, leads to problems with surface finish in case of transparent parts, to high rate of rejects basing on smudges or white/black dots in transparent injection moulding parts like for example optical lenses of PC and PMMA. Professional cleaning of resins brings the quality to the original state again and optically perfect parts can be produced.
